1520 × 2030 mm Default Outline
The default finished width and length are 1520 × 2030 mm. The latex core and 210 mm selected finished height remain the same across the three outlines, keeping the size comparison separate from the layer construction.
Three-Layer Latex Mattress with a Zippered Knit Cover
The selected lower core is 100 mm of latex foam. It forms the base of an all-foam stack without pocket springs, a steel border wire or a separate upholstered foundation.
A 50 mm middle layer and 50 mm upper layer complete the 200 mm core. Layer thickness and material are specified apart from firmness.
A white polyester knit cover with a zipper encloses the stack. A total 10 mm nominal cover and quilting allowance brings the selected finished height to 210 mm; washing method and replacement-cover fit belong to the final textile specification.

The default finished width and length are 1520 × 2030 mm. The latex core and 210 mm selected finished height remain the same across the three outlines, keeping the size comparison separate from the layer construction.
The narrow option changes the finished plan size to 1000 × 2000 mm. Coordinate the supporting platform, side clearance and bedding against these metric dimensions instead of a market-specific bed-size name.
The wide option uses 1830 × 2030 mm finished dimensions with the same three latex layers. Its wider footprint needs a matching base and handling route; it does not introduce a different foam grade or an added spring unit.

Match the mattress outline to the actual platform and any surrounding rails. The bed-frame opening and support arrangement are separate from the mattress dimensions, including access for lifting the mattress and removing the cover.
Specify the required latex formulation and firmness values with the material order.
Coordinate the zipper location, replacement cover and bedding depth with the 210 mm finished-height requirement. Flat or compressed delivery and any recovery instructions are separate packing terms, without an assumed roll-pack capability.
Quote the selected metric outline, 100/50/50 mm latex layers and unit quantity together. Keep any alternative layer recipe on a separate line so size and foam construction remain comparable.
List the actual formulation, density or firmness documentation requested for the supply order. No certified natural, organic, medical or allergy-related grade is included by the selected word latex alone.
Identify the knit textile, zipper, quilting allowance and number of covers. Spare covers need the same finished dimensions and closure arrangement, matched to these metric sizes instead of a generic bed-size label.
Schedule mattress labels, packing form, destination and handling quantities. Bed frames, foundations, pillows and bedding are outside the selected mattress supply unit.
No. The selected core is three latex foam layers:100 mm lower, 50 mm middle and 50 mm upper. There is no pocket-spring unit or steel border in this construction.
The selected foam core totals 200 mm. A 10 mm total allowance for the cover and quilting produces a 210 mm finished-height requirement. These are the selected ordering dimensions.
Yes. The latex layers can be supplied as certified natural latex, or organic latex where your project calls for it, and the certificate travels with the order. Tell us which certification you need when you request the quote.
The selected finished outlines are 1000 × 2000 mm, 1520 × 2030 mm and 1830 × 2030 mm. Each uses the same three-layer core. Metric dimensions govern the order in place of an assumed regional twin, queen or king size.
A zippered removable cover is part of the selected design. Replacement covers must match the outline, 210 mm finished height and closure arrangement. Cleaning instructions depend on the final cover textile and care label.
Each latex layer is specified by thickness and firmness, and together they set how the mattress feels. We record those values in the mattress specification and can adjust the layers to a softer or firmer feel for your project.
