WP-5004 is a floor-mounted washdown toilet with the bowl and cistern in one ceramic body, so there is no tank joint to clean or seal. The listed size is 730 × 335 × 720 mm; send your outlet direction and drain center and we confirm the fit before you order.

WP-1001 and WP-2030 pair a separate tank and bowl supplied as a matched set, with the tank-to-pan joint, cistern fittings and PP cover made for that model. Order spare seats and cistern parts by model number and they will fit.

G01 is a ceramic bowl hung on the wall, 530 × 360 × 400 mm, with a soft-close cover and clear floor beneath for cleaning. We can supply the concealed carrier, cistern and flush plate with it, matched to the bowl's fixing and waste centers before the wall is closed.

U5 adds instant-heated washing, a heated seat, drying and powered controls to normal bowl flushing. Tell us the supply voltage and where the outlet sits, and we match the electrical version and control package to your market.
Every toilet here has a ceramic body with its own fixing points and outlet direction. Measure the drain from the finished wall or floor and we match the model to it; outside dimensions alone do not decide the fit.
Covers come in PP or UF, with soft-close covers on the wall-hung range. Seats are made for each bowl outline, so we list the seat reference with every toilet and supply spares that fit.
Floor-standing toilets carry their own cistern, wall-hung bowls use a concealed cistern and carrier, and U5 adds powered controls. Flush volumes come from the cistern fitted; we confirm the model's flush data and any certificates it holds before you order.

| Detail | What we need from you | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Body envelope | Outside width, projection and height in mm | Coordinates the toilet with doors, basins and room circulation. |
| Waste connection | Floor or wall outlet; drain center from the finished wall | Decides which model fits your drain. |
| Water supply | Inlet position, thread size and isolation valve location | Avoids conflicts between valves, body and adjacent wall finishes. |
| Support and fixings | Floor-fixed or carrier-mounted; wall construction | Tells us which fixings or carrier to supply. |
| Flush configuration | Cistern type and the full/reduced flush volumes you need | Lets us match the cistern and its documentation to your market. |
| Seat and power | Seat type; voltage and outlet position for smart models | Separates a simple seat order from powered equipment. |
A one-piece or two-piece toilet is a complete floor unit; a wall-hung bowl also needs a carrier, cistern and flush plate. We quote the full wall-hung set so you compare complete toilets instead of a bowl against a whole unit.
A soft-close seat and a heated washing seat are far apart in price. For smart models we quote the exact version and control package your market needs.
The concealed carrier, cistern and actuator appear as their own lines on our quote, so you can see what the wall-hung package adds and decide whether to buy it with the bowl.
Fewer models across a building mean fewer spare seats and cistern parts to stock. We count each model by room type and can add spares to the same shipment.
Send the bathroom plans with drain positions and the toilet type for each room. We confirm which model fits each drain and flag any that need a different outlet.
For wall-hung bowls we match the carrier, cistern and flush plate to the bowl's fixing and waste centers. For smart toilets we mark the power outlet and service access on the drawing.
You approve the seat, flush volume and smart functions for each model, and we confirm which certificates the model holds for your market, such as CE, WaterMark or cUPC.
Bowls, tanks, seats, controls and fixing kits leave the factory packed and labeled by model and room, with spares on the packing list.
Yes. Order the bowl with its carrier, cistern and flush plate and we match all three to the bowl's fixings and waste.
The distance from the finished wall to the center of the floor drain, or the height of a wall outlet. We choose the model and outlet direction that fit that position.
By the toilet model. Seats are made for each bowl outline and hinge spacing, so we list the seat reference with every toilet and can ship spares with the order.
Tell us the standard your project must meet, and we confirm the model's flush data and whether it holds a matching certificate for the cistern we supply.
Yes. U5 flushes the bowl like any toilet and adds personal washing, seat heating and drying. Give us the supply voltage and we supply the matching electrical version.
Your supply voltage, the outlet position, the drain position and the controls you prefer. We check service access on the drawing before production.
