You see your goods before they ship

We photograph your own goods before the container is sealed, and loading follows the release sign-off agreed for your order. Third-party inspectors are welcome any time.

We check each product for what can actually go wrong with it

Furniture production equipment

Cabinets and fitted joinery

We measure them, open and close the doors and drawers in the agreed inspection sample (every unit where your order asks for a full check), check the finish under consistent light, and confirm the hardware is the brand and model on your order. A cabinet that is 3 mm out is a cabinet that will not fit the run, so we would rather find it here than you find it on site.

Door and joinery manufacturing scenes

Windows, lighting and anything that moves or switches on

Openings get checked for operation and seal. Electrical products get powered up and tested. These fail differently from a cabinet, so we check them differently.

Checked against your approved sample, not a general standard

Color and finish

We compare what has been made against the sample you signed off, under the same lighting every time. Wood and stone vary naturally, and we will tell you where that variation sits rather than pretend every piece is identical.

Photographs of your goods

Not stock images, and not a certificate — the actual products from your order, photographed in our warehouse, with the carton labels visible.

A walk-through video, where agreed

Someone walks the pallets with a camera so you can see quantity, condition and packing for yourself. It takes us twenty minutes and saves everyone a dispute later.

Questions about inspection

Do I see the goods before they ship?

Yes. You get a photo set of your own order before the container is sealed, plus a walk-through video where it is agreed for the order. Loading goes ahead once the person who signs off release for your order has approved it.

What happens if something is wrong?

It stays here. We repair or remake it, inspect it again, and send you the new photographs. A few days of delay in Foshan is a far smaller problem than a wrong cabinet arriving on your site six weeks later.

Can I send my own inspector?

Yes. Appoint anyone you like — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your own person. We will arrange access and share the packing list beforehand.

Is every single unit checked?

Dimensions, finish and hardware are checked across the batch, and one unit of each type is fully assembled and tested. On repeat-unit projects such as hotels or apartment blocks, we agree the sampling level with you in writing first, so you know exactly what was checked.

Does a finish display represent every part of a product?

No. A display can show color, texture, and visible construction. Dimensions, hardware, operation, and hidden components remain separate inspection subjects.

Where does packing sit in the quality process?

Packing and warehouse preparation follow the product-focused checks. Package protection, condition, and identification become part of getting the order ready for shipment.
