Laminate Flooring FAQs

What is woodgrain laminate made of?

A printed decor on fiberboard. For real wood, see our engineered and solid floors.

How thick is your laminate?

9 to 12 mm, depending on the product; each states its thickness.

How do I get a chevron laminate floor?

Order our chevron sets, which have the angled pieces chevron needs.

Does cork backing replace underlay?

Usually yes; we confirm for your subfloor.

Can laminate go in bathrooms?

We do not recommend it for wet rooms. Choose rigid-core vinyl or tile there.

How do you measure a laminate order?

From room areas, cuts and spares, rounded to full packs, with trims by length.
