Fluted Wall Panel Quotation Factors

Section & Material

Deep ribs and layered slat panels use more material than shallow profiles.

Cover Width & Layout

Rib rhythm and wall height set piece counts and cuts.

Finish & Backing

Real veneer and PET felt cost more than laminated faces.

Packing & Spare Profiles

Long ribbed profiles are packed with corner protection; spares match the finish.

Slat & Fluted Panels FAQs

Are fluted panels solid wood?

Most are WPC or bamboo-fiber composite; our veneer slats on felt use real-wood veneer.

Do grille and wave panels share trims?

Each profile has its own trims, which we list with the panels.

Do fluted panels absorb sound?

Composite fluted panels are decorative. For sound absorption, choose our veneer slats on PET felt.

How many profiles cover a wall?

Wall width divided by installed cover width, plus cuts. We calculate it for you.

Can panels run horizontally?

Yes, with fixings and joints planned for that direction.

How are panel ends finished?

With end caps, returns or trims, which we list with the panels.
