JT Single-Wave WPC Wall Panels, 50, 70 & 130 mm

JT50, JT70 and JT130 form one family of single-concave WPC wall boards with side joining lips. Compare the 50, 70 and 130 mm overall widths at 14 mm thickness and 3000 mm standard length, then coordinate the wave rhythm, face reference, joins and perimeter pieces in one wall schedule.

Single-Concave WPC Boards with Side Joining Lips

One Broad Concave Face per Board

Each board has one broad inward-curved face between its long side edges. It is not a sheet carrying many repeated channels. Adjacent joined boards establish the wave rhythm across the wall, making board width and the joining arrangement central to the finished appearance.

Three Named Widths in One 14 mm Family

JT50, JT70 and JT130 are listed at 50, 70 and 130 mm overall width respectively. Each has 14 mm overall thickness and a 3000 mm standard length. They remain width options within one single-wave family, with the actual model retained on the panel schedule.

A Laminated WPC Body with Side Lips

The listed material is wood-plastic composites, with lamination, hot and cold pressing, and side slotting. Each board has a broad curved face and projecting joining lips. Exact lip engagement, curvature and internal section dimensions follow the accepted profile sample.

JT50, JT70 & JT130 Width Choices

Three single-wave WPC board options compared by 50, 70 and 130 mm overall width at common 14 mm thickness and 3000 mm length

JT50 for a Narrower Repeating Wave

The 50 mm overall-width option places a narrower individual curved board into the wall run. Its installed pitch is taken from the joined sample. The elevation carries the accepted module through openings and corners so the narrow-board selection remains consistent.

JT70 as the Middle Width Choice

JT70 has a 70 mm overall width at the same listed thickness and length. Gray patterned laminate is one surface direction for this model. The ordered face reference and sheen are selected independently from the width, then coordinated with exposed edge pieces.

JT130 for a Broader Curved Face

The 130 mm option gives each board a broader face within the same single-wave family. It changes the visual rhythm and the cutting layout while retaining the listed 14 mm thickness. Face reference, joint sample and corner termination are scheduled for the selected width.

Wave Rhythm, Joined Pitch & Wall Edges

A Joined Sample Establishes the Wall Module

Side lips occupy part of the outside profile. The installed pitch is established with adjacent boards engaged in the accepted detail. Panel quantities use that pitch plus the actual wall cuts; 50, 70 and 130 mm remain overall width references.

Wave Position at the First and Last Board

Corners, door casings and wall ends may meet a curved board at different points across its face. The elevation identifies the first board, final cut width and return detail. Mixing widths is a deliberate layout choice made on the elevation.

Long Boards, End Joints and Backing

The standard length is 3000 mm. Finished lengths, end joints and the run direction determine where support and trim are needed. Backing, fixing, movement allowance and access for local services follow the actual substrate and accepted wall assembly.

Single-Wave Panel Quote & Packing

Model Counts and Finished Lengths

We list JT50, JT70 and JT130 quantities on their own lines if more than one width is used. Face reference and finished lengths stay with each model line. The final material quantity comes from the joined-pitch layout.

Joining and Curved-Edge Terminations

The quote lists the agreed joint detail, corner returns, perimeter pieces and exposed-end treatment. A single curved board has different edge conditions from a flat sheet. Opening cuts and narrow final pieces are counted from the elevation.

Support and Fixing Materials

Backing, battens and fixing materials are included only as individually named items. Wall preparation and installation labor remain their own quote lines.

Face Samples, Labeling and Transport

The selected width and accepted face reference appear on the packing list. Long-edge protection, carton quantities and actual packed weight are confirmed for the order. Production timing, MOQ and freight follow the model mix, length schedule and destination. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.

JT Single-Wave WPC Board FAQs

Are JT50, JT70 and JT130 three separate wall-panel types?

They are three overall-width choices within this single-concave wave family. All are listed at 14 mm thickness and 3000 mm standard length. The width choice changes the individual wave scale and layout, so the exact model remains on each order line.

How does a single-wave board differ from JT204 inward-round panels?

A JT single-wave board has one broad concave face between its side lips. JT204 inward-round has several channels across a wider panel. They have different face geometry and thickness, and use their own profile and joint details.

Which width determines the installed wave spacing?

The installed wave spacing follows the accepted engagement between neighboring boards. The 50, 70 and 130 mm figures are outside widths. A joined sample supplies the actual pitch used for wall setout and quantities.

Can widths be mixed on the same wall?

Yes. A mixed-width layout can be scheduled as a deliberate design choice, with the joining compatibility and face alignment accepted together. Quantities stay separate by JT50, JT70 and JT130.

Is the gray patterned face the only finish?

Gray patterned laminate is one appearance option. The order fixes the actual laminate reference and sheen for the selected width. Face and width are separate selections, with matching edge pieces coordinated to the accepted sample.

What details affect the delivered board quantity?

Joined pitch, wall dimensions, openings, corners, finished lengths and spare pieces determine the count. Exposed ends, return trims and backing are distinct items. The quote records actual carton quantities and shipment weight for the packed order.
