Who am I actually buying from?
+
A registered company in Foshan, named in full on your quotation and contract. NOVARMIA is the brand you are talking to; the seller is the group company named on your quotation, and we will confirm it in writing before you pay anything.
Why does the group have several company names?
+
Because it does several different things. Residential supply, commercial projects and the coordination platform are run by different companies within GEORGE Group. That is normal for a group this size, and it is why we always name the specific seller on your paperwork instead of hiding behind the group name.
Can I see your business licence?
+
Yes, just ask. We will send the scan the same working day, along with the export licence and any product certificates relevant to what you are buying.
Why do some pages show different Foshan addresses?
+
GEORGE announced a headquarters move in August 2026. Older pages and entity records can retain earlier addresses; current appointments use the confirmed meeting location.
Where do I find the seller for my order?
+
The formal quotation and contract name the selling company and define its supply obligations. Ask your project contact about any document whose identity is unclear.
How can I request company documents for my project?
+
Contact NOVARMIA with the product package and documentation required. The relevant project company can provide its company details and the product-specific records associated with the proposed supply.
