Acoustic Wall Panels

PET felt panels, wood-slat acoustic panels and fabric-wrapped wall panels for offices, cinemas, restaurants and hotel meeting rooms. Tell us the fire classification your project requires; NOVARMIA confirms which grades have matching test documents and plans the panel layout for your room.

Fabric-Wrapped & PET Felt Panels

Fabric-wrapped panels with a foam interlayer and beveled PET felt panels absorb echo in offices, cinemas and meeting rooms.

Slatted & Perforated Wood Faces

Veneer MDF slats on PET felt and 18 mm perforated oak-veneer panels with a rear cavity combine wood looks with sound absorption.

Cement-Bonded Wood-Wool Panels

Cement-bonded wood-wool panels have an open texture that absorbs sound and stands up to busy spaces.

Acoustic Panel Faces, Cores & Mounting Layers

Textile, Felt & Wood Surfaces

Faces are fabric, PET felt, oak veneer or wood-wool, chosen with the layer build.

Core & Backing Construction

Foam, felt and cavities behind the face do the absorbing; we list thickness and cavity.

Mounting Build & Performance Evidence

Mounting method changes acoustic performance, so test data only applies to the same build. Ask us what data is available for the assembly you choose.

  • Panel format and edge treatment
  • Color or veneer by wall

Mounting & Junctions

  • Supports and fixings
  • Perimeter trims or finished returns
  • Socket, access and cut-panel details

Project Requirements

  • Packing and spare panels by finish

Acoustic Wall Panel Price Factors

Face & Layer Build

Fabric wrapping, veneer slats, perforations, felt and wood-wool differ in material and making.

Mounting & Panel Divisions

Panel sizes, joints and mounting affect price; small cuts and access panels add work.

Evidence & Finish Requirements

Higher acoustic targets and special fabrics or veneers change the assembly.

Packing & Spare Panels

Fabric edges and veneer faces are packed with protection; spare panels match the build and finish.

Acoustic Panel Selection & Specification

  1. Tell us about the room

Send the room use, walls to treat and any acoustic target.

  2. We plan the layout

We plan the panel layout for your room and propose face, core, backing and mounting together.

  3. Outlets and access

We set panel divisions around outlets and access points.

  4. Flame-retardant grades

We confirm the fire-performance documents available for the grade you choose, then pack the panels with trims and fixings by wall.

Acoustic Wall Panels FAQs

What do acoustic panels do?

They reduce echo inside a room. Blocking sound between rooms needs wall construction.

How should NRC results be compared?

Only for the same panel, backing and mounting. Ask us for test data on the exact build you are considering.

What is the difference between PET felt and fabric-wrapped panels?

PET felt is a solid felt board; fabric-wrapped panels have foam inside a fabric cover.

Do wood slats absorb sound?

Only with felt or a cavity behind them, as on our veneer slats on PET felt.

Can outlets be built into the panels?

Yes. We cut panels around outlets and add removable access panels where needed.

Are PET panels flame-retardant?

Flame-retardant PET grades are available. Tell us the fire classification your project needs, and we confirm which grade has a matching test document before you order.
