Light Gray Felt
Light gray is the default selected color. Review the felt texture and acceptable color variation across several panels so adjoining pieces follow one appearance reference.
Beveled PET Felt Acoustic Wall Panels
The selected material is dense nonwoven PET felt at 12 mm total thickness. Its fibrous face and body remain one material reference, with a selected nominal density of 180 kg/m³.
Each selected panel is 600 mm wide × 1200 mm long. Its gross face area is 0.72 m² before cuts; panel count and the actual wall layout remain separate from the net treatment area.
The selected panel has beveled perimeter edges that define the lines between adjoining rectangles. The accepted edge profile, face texture and cut treatment stay with the same felt panel specification.

Light gray is the default selected color. Review the felt texture and acceptable color variation across several panels so adjoining pieces follow one appearance reference.
The warm-beige option retains the same selected dimensions, density target and beveled-edge direction. Its accepted sample keeps the color consistent with the nearby wall, upholstery and other acoustic finishes.
The charcoal option uses the same selected dense-felt body in a darker color. Keep face orientation and any cutting marks consistent across repeated rectangles and site-cut pieces.
| Selected material | Dense nonwoven PET felt |
|---|---|
| Selected panel color | Light-gray PET felt · 600 × 1200 × 12 mm |
| Selected panel dimensions | 600 W × 1200 L mm |
| Selected total thickness | 12 mm |
| Selected nominal density | 180 kg/m³ procurement target |

Draw the panel grid around outlets, wall lights, corners and openings before counting pieces. Full rectangles, site cuts and spare panels each need their own quantity, with the bevel and color direction maintained at exposed edges.
Direct bonding, a separate backing or an air cavity changes the complete wall build-up. Select substrate preparation, adhesive or clips and any cavity/backing arrangement together with the felt material and actual wall condition.
The selected product intent is acoustic wall treatment. Required sound-absorption results must identify the actual felt thickness, density, mounting and backing arrangement.
Quote finished panels by selected color, 600 × 1200 × 12 mm size and unit count. Keep gross supplied area, net treatment area, cuts and spare pieces as distinct figures.
Retain the 180 kg/m³ nominal density requirement with the accepted face texture, edge profile and color sample. Any special cutting or shaped pieces belong to their own fabrication references.
Adhesive, clips, backing layers, air-cavity frames, substrate preparation and installation are separate items unless individually listed. Their selection follows the actual wall and intended treatment assembly.
List any required acoustic, fire, emissions or recycled-content documentation for the final material and assembly. Add flat protective packing, panel labels, spare quantities, destination and delivery stages.
The selected body is dense nonwoven PET felt at 12 mm total thickness, with a nominal density requirement of 180 kg/m³. The actual material and density are retained with the order sample and required product data.
A 600 × 1200 mm panel has a gross face area of 0.72 m². Net treatment area, openings, cutting allowance and spare panels are additional parts of the wall schedule.
The selected bevel defines the perimeter line between rectangles. Keep its profile, texture and cut treatment consistent where full panels meet site-cut pieces or exposed wall edges.
Sound absorption depends on the actual felt and its mounting, backing and cavity. Required test results must identify that complete construction.
They are included when itemized. The accepted treatment assembly defines the adhesive or clips, any backing/cavity frame and substrate preparation, with their own material quantities and installation work.
Yes. The PET acoustic panels are available in a flame-retardant grade. Tell us the fire standard your project uses, and we confirm which grade matches it and which fire test and recycled-content documents are available before you order.
