What should I put in the first message?
+
The order reference, which room and item, what is happening, and two photographs — one close, one wide. That is usually enough for us to find the cause without a second round of emails.
Can you help while we are installing?
+
Yes, and we would rather you called during than after. Send the cabinet ID and the drawing sheet number and we will get on a video call with you while the fitter is still standing there.
Is there one warranty period for everything?
+
No. A cabinet carcass, a soft-close hinge and a light fitting do not carry the same terms, and a single number would not be true. Your quotation lists the warranty against each item, and we will go through it with you before you sign.
Can a damaged part be replaced?
+
Usually yes. Send us the part details and the order reference and we will confirm availability, cost and lead time. On larger projects we often ship a small box of spare hardware with the order so the site is not waiting on us at all.
Does remote support include a local fitting crew?
+
No. Remote guidance on the products you bought is included with the order; new drawings, design changes or extended support are quoted first. A local crew or one of our technicians attending site is quoted separately, so you can see the cost and decide.
Can I still get parts for an old order?
+
Send us the original order number and what you need. We keep the specification records, so even on older projects we can usually identify the part and tell you honestly whether it is still available.
