One container, one bill of lading

Every category leaves Foshan in one container under one bill of lading, labeled by room and unit. A loading plan comes with your quotation.

This is where one supplier matters most

Thirty suppliers means thirty part-loads

If you buy cabinets, tile, sanitary ware and lighting from four different factories, you get four shipments, four sets of documents, and four things to chase. We bring your whole order into one warehouse in Foshan and load it together.

We send you a loading plan before you commit

You will see what fits in a 20ft, a 40ft or a 40HQ, and what is left over. If you are close to filling a container we will say so — adding the last few items is almost always cheaper than shipping them separately later.

Warehouse handling

Labeled so your site can actually use it

Cartons are marked by room and by unit, matching the drawings. On a forty-villa project that is the difference between a smooth handover and a yard full of unidentified boxes.

Packed for the journey it is making

Export cartons, foam, corner protection and fumigation-free pallets. We pack differently for a humid port than for a dry one, and we will tell you what we have done.

Phased Project Packages

OKBuild describes packing groups, labels, and loading order organized around site receiving and shipment phases. This is relevant where rooms or buildings are completed in different sequences.

Destination Receiving and Installation Work

Receiving, unloading, storage, and installation are connected with delivery planning. The named delivery point and included local work belong in the quotation and order.

Installation Drawings and Spare-Part Support

GEORGE provides installation drawings, videos, remote guidance, spare-part support, and applicable warranty handling. The support follows the actual product and contracted work.

Questions about shipping

Can you ship several product categories together?

Yes — that is the main reason projects come to us. Cabinets, tile, sanitary ware, lighting and furniture leave in the same container under one bill of lading.

How do I know what fits in a container?

We send a loading plan with your quotation showing exactly what goes in and what is left over. You can then decide whether to add items or split the shipment.

Do you deliver to site?

Often, yes. Door delivery is available for many destinations in the Gulf, West Africa and Southeast Asia. For other markets we will quote to your port and tell you plainly if door delivery is not something we can do well there.

What if my site is not ready when the goods arrive?

Tell us as early as you can and we will hold the order in our warehouse rather than let it sit in demurrage at your port. Phased shipping across a long project is normal for us.

Is installation available after international delivery?

The group provides remote installation support. Any on-site work requires a separately confirmed location, scope, personnel arrangement, and cost.

What information starts a delivery discussion?

Send the destination, product schedule, quantities, current plans, and required receiving dates. Include access or handling limits that affect the delivery point.
