JT169 Thin-Rib WPC Grille Panels, 15 mm

The 15 mm JT169 grille uses slender rectangular ridges on a recessed connecting face. Review its 169 mm overall width, 3000 mm standard length, black and wood-look laminate directions, and the seam, edge and support details that distinguish it from the 18 mm small grille.

JT169 Thin Rectangular Ribs on a 15 mm WPC Profile

A Slender-Rib Face within a 15 mm Envelope

The 15 mm JT169 grille has slender, flat-topped rectangular ridges with recessed valleys. Its listed overall width is 169 mm, with a 3000 mm standard length. The face rhythm is finer than a broad high-rib wall panel, while the complete outside envelope governs junctions with other materials.

A Laminated Wood-Plastic Composite Body

The manufacturer lists wood-plastic composites as the body material, with a laminated surface, hot and cold pressing, and side slotting. The black sample shows the profile body and face together. Internal wall thickness and the side-joint engagement are resolved through the actual profile sample.

Keeping the 15 mm Grille Separate from the 18 mm Model

JT169 is also used for an 18 mm small-grille panel with raised hollow box-like ribs. The 15 mm thin-rib section is a separate product. The order identifies the thickness and face geometry as well as the JT169 name, preventing a finish choice from changing the section.

Black and Wood-Look Laminates for the Thin-Rib Grille

Black and wood-look laminate directions retained on the same JT169 15 mm thin-rib profile

Black Laminate on Narrow Raised Ribs

The selected black laminate follows the narrow ribs and recessed face. The accepted face reference and sheen determine whether the finished wall reads matte, textured or more reflective. Panel and trim references are kept together in the finish schedule.

Wood-Look Laminate without Changing the Profile

Wood-look is an alternative surface direction for the thin-rib grille, with the actual pattern and tone selected from the accepted face sample. It remains a laminated WPC body. A wood-look name does not specify a natural wood species or convert the panel into solid timber.

Finish Continuity at Edges and Corners

Narrow ribs can make an unfinished cut edge conspicuous. The panel layout identifies exposed ends, outside returns and material transitions, with the trim or closure finish recorded alongside the face reference. Joint samples establish the finished appearance at those junctions.

Rib Setout, Cut Ends & Wall Junctions

Joined Pitch and the Last Rib at a Corner

The 169 mm dimension is the overall panel width. Installed pitch follows the accepted side engagement. A wall elevation positions the first and last panels so a narrow strip or interrupted rib is resolved deliberately at corners, door casings and wall ends.

Standard Lengths and Supported End Joints

Panels are listed at 3000 mm standard length. Finished cuts and joints between lengths follow the wall height and run direction. Butt joints receive their own support and alignment detail, with exposed ends finished according to the edge schedule.

A Decorative Facing over the Chosen Backing

Backing, fixing method, movement allowance and any required removal access are selected for the actual wall. Shelves, signage and mounted equipment use suitable support behind or through the decorative facing.

Thin-Rib Grille-Panel Cost & Ordering

Exact Section, Laminate and Piece List

The panel line specifies JT169 thin rib, 15 mm, the chosen laminate reference and quantities by finished length. A quotation for the 18 mm small grille is a different section offer. Mixed colors remain separate finish lines within the same thin-rib model.

Exposed Ends, Corners and Narrow Cut Pieces

Perimeter trims, corner pieces, exposed ends and opening cuts are counted from the wall elevation. The quote distinguishes full panels from cut pieces and lists the matching edge parts. These quantities can change even when the total wall area stays the same.

Backing Materials and Local Installation

Agreed backing and fixing materials are named as their own lines next to the panel body. Wall leveling, service coordination and installation labor follow the site conditions, and the material price carries no default adhesive rate or batten spacing.

Accepted Samples, Cartons and Freight

The order retains the face and joint samples, panel labels and protected rib edges. Carton counts, packed dimensions and actual shipment weight are confirmed for the order. MOQ, timing and freight depend on the profile, length mix and destination. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.

JT169 15 mm Grille-Panel FAQs

How is this different from the 18 mm JT169 small grille?

The selected product is the 15 mm thin-rib section, with slender rectangular ridges over a recessed connecting face. The 18 mm small grille has a different raised hollow-rib geometry. The order carries the thickness and section description as well as the JT169 name.

What size is the standard thin-rib panel?

It is listed at 169 mm overall width, 15 mm overall thickness and 3000 mm standard length. The installed pitch is established by the joined profile sample. Finished cut lengths and quantities follow the actual wall layout.

Does the black surface have a fixed gloss level?

The final face reference and sheen are selected by sample. Black names the appearance direction. The same accepted reference is carried into the panel and trim schedule.

Can a wood-look option use the same section?

Yes, the appearance changes while the selected 169 × 15 mm thin-rib profile remains the same. The accepted laminate pattern, tone and sheen identify the finish. It remains a WPC body with a laminated decorative face.

How are wall ends and service openings finished?

The elevation shows the last rib position, cut width, opening edges and any exposed ends. The quote schedules the required trims or closures and supporting details. A service plate or mounted item must also have suitable backing and access.

Is installation included with the panel supply?

No. Installation is included only when the quote names it. Backing, fixing materials, local preparation, cutting responsibility and labor are listed individually.
