Outdoor Bolster Pillow with a Removable Foam Core
The bolster has a 200 mm diameter and 600 mm finished length. A shaped cylindrical core keeps the long body and circular ends defined, creating a distinct arm, back or decorative support along an outdoor seat.
The complete bolster includes one matched polyurethane foam core inside the sewn cover. The core shape and cover pattern are fitted together at sample approval, including the end-cap seams and the amount of cover tension around the cylinder.
The order can contain complete bolsters, replacement covers or both. A replacement cover carries the same finished envelope, end-cap pattern and closure position as its matching complete unit, making cover quantities easy to separate from foam-filled pillow quantities.
The design uses a light-sand polyester woven upholstery textile. Color, weave, fabric weight and the intended outdoor-use care schedule are recorded against a fabric reference. The complete sample establishes the fabric appearance when pulled around the shaped body.
Two circular end caps, each sewn on, close the cylinder. Matching piping defines each end without adding a decorative panel. End-cap diameter, seam alignment and the piping reference are carried through replacement covers.
A zipper follows the lower longitudinal seam. This location provides a long opening for removing the core while keeping the circular ends clean. The closure length, pull position and protective fabric overlap are included in the sewing schedule.

Use the finished Ø200 × 600 mm envelope when positioning bolsters against arms, back cushions or seat corners. The furniture plan shows the cylinder’s intended location and the contact area that remains available to the sitter.
