1500 × 2000 mm Main Size
The main size is 1500 mm wide, 2000 mm long and 250 mm thick. Both faces retain the same layer heights and finished quilting.
Double-Sided Quilted Pocket Spring Mattress
Individually fabric-pocketed springs form a 190 mm support core. The core, edge construction and foam grades stay together on the mattress component reference.
A 25 mm polyurethane comfort layer sits above the core and another below it. Each sleeping face adds a 5 mm ticking/quilting allowance, completing the 250 mm symmetric stack.
White polyester knit forms both quilted sleeping faces. A gray polyester border, taped edges and woven turning handles complete the sewn casing.

The main size is 1500 mm wide, 2000 mm long and 250 mm thick. Both faces retain the same layer heights and finished quilting.
The wider format adds 300 mm across the mattress while retaining the 2000 mm length and 250 mm thickness. The bed-base plan follows the chosen mattress width.
The 1000 mm-wide format uses the same reversible construction. Medium and firm feel references are specified with the spring, foam and quilting package for each chosen size.
| Mattress build | Double-sided pocket-spring mattress with quilted sleeping faces |
|---|---|
| Mattress size | 1500 W × 2000 L × 250 T mm |
| Spring-core height | 190 mm |
| Comfort layers | 25 mm polyurethane foam on each side of the core |
| Quilting and total stack | 5 + 25 + 190 + 25 + 5 = 250 mm |
| Casing | White polyester knit faces; gray polyester border, taped edges and woven handles |
| Feel references | Medium or firm, tied to the complete spring/foam/quilting sample |
| Supply unit | One finished reversible mattress in the chosen size and feel, with protective bag |
The mattress schedule and supported level bed-base plan use the same metric width and length. Edge clearance, platform construction and surrounding furniture are coordinated on the bedroom layout.
Medium or firm is retained as a complete mattress sample reference. Spring construction, foam grade, quilting and the finished feel are reviewed together while the symmetric layer heights remain fixed.
The room plan includes space to reach the mattress sides, handles and bedding edges. Mattress thickness is carried into the bed height, fitted-sheet pocket and turning-access schedule.
Quote the 1500, 1800 or 1000 mm width at 2000 mm length and 250 mm thickness. Keep room quantities and bed references on the size schedule.
Itemize the 190 mm pocket-spring core, two 25 mm comfort layers and medium/firm sample reference. Edge construction and foam grades remain tied to the assembled mattress.
List both knit sleeping faces, quilting allowances, gray border, taped seams and turning handles. Any textile or assembly requirements stay with that casing reference.
Pack each completed mattress with a size/room label and protective bag. Transport dimensions, destination and delivery handling are scheduled by the chosen size.
Both sleeping faces have a 25 mm comfort layer and a 5 mm ticking/quilting allowance around the central spring core. The symmetric stack is finished for use on either face.
Choose 1500 × 2000, 1800 × 2000 or 1000 × 2000 mm. All three use the configured 250 mm finished thickness.
The stack is 5 mm top quilting, 25 mm comfort foam, 190 mm pocket-spring core, 25 mm comfort foam and 5 mm bottom quilting. The sum is 250 mm.
Each feel reference is retained with an assembled sample and its spring, foam and quilting details. The chosen reference applies to the complete reversible mattress in the ordered size.
Provide the supported platform dimensions and construction, surrounding bed frame and finished bed-height requirement. Those details coordinate mattress fit, edge access and linen pocket depth.
Each unit is a finished spring/foam/quilted mattress with gray border, taped edges, turning handles and a protective bag. Size, feel and room references identify the packed unit.
