100/80 mm Standard Pad Set
The standard pair uses a 100 mm upper pad and an 80 mm lower pad. Their unloaded top surfaces are 450 and 260 mm above the floor.
Acacia Outdoor Daybed with a Rolling Trundle
The 2100 L × 1000 D × 800 H mm main frame uses solid acacia with a teak-tone clear outdoor wood-oil finish. Slatted back and arm rails enclose three sides while fixed legs support the upper deck.
A 2000 L × 900 D mm lower platform rolls on four 60 mm-diameter casters. The lower deck sits 180 mm above the floor; the upper deck sits at 350 mm.
Polyurethane foam forms both pads, with oatmeal polyester zip covers. The upper pad measures 2000 × 900 mm and the lower 1900 × 800 mm; their thicknesses follow the chosen paired set.

The standard pair uses a 100 mm upper pad and an 80 mm lower pad. Their unloaded top surfaces are 450 and 260 mm above the floor.
The slim pair reduces both pads by 20 mm. Upper and lower unloaded top heights become 430 and 240 mm respectively.
The deep pair increases both pads by 20 mm from the standard pair. Upper and lower unloaded top heights become 470 and 280 mm.

The stowed main-frame footprint is 2100 × 1000 mm. A fully separate trundle placed directly alongside adds its 900 mm depth, producing a 1900 mm combined depth before circulation space.
The pad schedule keeps upper and lower thicknesses together with the deck levels. The assembled frame and lower pad are checked together for rolling clearance beneath the main platform.
The clear wood-oil reference retains the warm acacia grain, while the oatmeal cover reference sets weave, color and zipper details. The exposure and care schedule accompanies both material references.
Quote the 2100 × 1000 × 800 mm main frame, slatted rails, fixed legs and 350 mm deck. Keep acacia, joinery and teak-tone oil references on the frame line.
List the 2000 × 900 mm trundle, 180 mm deck, four Ø60 mm casters and joining hardware. The rolling and stowing interface remains paired with the main frame.
Specify the 2000 × 900 mm upper and 1900 × 800 mm lower pads as one thickness pair. Itemize foam grades, zip covers and any spare-cover quantities.
Protect the slatted rails and pad covers, with matched frame/trundle labels. Record assembly work, packed dimensions, destination and delivery access.
The main frame is 2100 mm long, 1000 mm deep and 800 mm high. The separate rolling trundle is 2000 mm long and 900 mm deep.
The frame is specified in solid acacia with a teak-tone clear outdoor wood-oil finish. Slatted back and arm rails and the fixed upper legs follow the same material reference.
Choose upper/lower thicknesses of 100/80, 80/60 or 120/100 mm. All use a 2000 × 900 mm upper pad and a 1900 × 800 mm lower pad.
With the standard pads, unloaded top heights are 450 mm above the floor for the upper platform and 260 mm for the lower. The slim set gives 430/240 mm and the deep set 470/280 mm.
The main frame is 1000 mm deep. Placing the 900 mm-deep trundle directly alongside produces 1900 mm combined depth; the room plan adds circulation and rolling space around that footprint.
Each unit combines the main frame, separate rolling trundle, four casters, one chosen upper/lower pad set and assembly hardware. Spare covers, packing and delivery terms are scheduled by order.
