1500 × 2000 mm Main Size
The main protector fits a 1500 × 2000 mm mattress-plan reference. The finished textile dimensions are specified after the agreed wash/dry process, with the skirt fit carried on the same sample.
Quilted Hotel Mattress Protectors with Elastic Skirts
White woven cotton forms the top surface. Square quilting joins that face to the fill and backing, keeping the padded top distinct from the fitted side skirt.
The quilting package uses 150 g/m² polyester fill over a polyester backing. The textile reference records the cotton face, fill basis weight, backing and stitch layout together.
A white polyester-knit skirt extends around the four sides, with sewn corners and continuous elastic enclosed in the lower hem. Its 350 mm finished depth is coordinated with the complete mattress and under-mattress wrap.

The main protector fits a 1500 × 2000 mm mattress-plan reference. The finished textile dimensions are specified after the agreed wash/dry process, with the skirt fit carried on the same sample.
The wider version retains the cotton quilted top, 150 g/m² fill and 350 mm skirt. It increases the mattress-plan width to 1800 mm.
The 1000 mm-wide version uses the same textile construction for a narrower bed. All three sizes keep the 2000 mm mattress-plan length and the chosen elastic/skirt assembly.

The fit record includes the mattress width, length and depth together with any topper or other layers under the protector. The skirt and elastic reach are coordinated with the actual under-mattress wrap.
The order identifies the agreed wash/dry process and finished-size acceptance reference. The textile sample sets manufacturing allowance, quilt behavior and the fitted-corner detail for that process.
The room schedule lists bed size and protector quantity on their own lines next to fitted sheets and duvet covers. Opening quantities, rotation stock and retained replacements each receive their own counts.
List 1000, 1500 or 1800 mm widths at 2000 mm length by room and bed reference. Keep each mattress fit and requested quantity on the protector line.
Itemize the white cotton face, 150 g/m² polyester fill, backing and quilting layout. Textile weight, stitch direction and sample references follow the assembled top.
Quote the 350 mm knit skirt with its corner seams, enclosed continuous elastic and lower hem. The fitted sample retains the complete mattress depth and wrap reference.
Identify size and room/stock references on the agreed labels. Pack the protectors cleanly and list rotation quantities, replacement quantities, destination and delivery terms.
The top combines a white woven cotton face, 150 g/m² polyester quilt fill and polyester backing. Square stitching joins the padded textile layers.
Choose 1500 × 2000, 1800 × 2000 or 1000 × 2000 mm mattress-plan references. Each uses the same quilted top and 350 mm fitted skirt design.
Sewn fitted corners, a stretch-knit polyester skirt and continuous enclosed lower-hem elastic wrap the mattress sides and underside. The fit sample is matched to the complete mattress depth.
It is the finished skirt depth from the top-to-skirt seam to the lower hem. Mattress depth, any topper and the needed under-mattress wrap are coordinated with that measurement.
The order names the agreed wash/dry process and the finished plan/skirt acceptance reference. Manufacturing allowance and the fitted sample are developed around that process.
Include bed plan/depth, size counts, textile and quilt references, skirt/elastic detail and laundry process. Add room labels, rotation/replacement quantities, packing and destination.
