1200 × 600 mm Full Panel
The full module has a 1200 × 600 mm outside face and four ashlar fields. Its two 595 mm-wide fields and central 10 mm channel complete the width; two 295 mm-high fields and a 10 mm channel complete the height.
GFRC Limestone-Look Wall Panels with Cast Back Ribs
The selected panel construction is a cement matrix reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibers. The cast face carries a warm off-white limestone appearance with mineral texture and recessed ashlar channels. Material composition, surface reference and casting details are recorded together in the panel specification.
The selected face is 18 mm thick. Cast ribs project a further 22 mm at the back, giving a 40 mm maximum panel depth at those ribs. The selected rib width is 50 mm, with positions coordinated with the concealed mounting detail.
The full panel has two columns and two rows of limestone-look fields, separated by 10 mm recessed internal channels. Each full-panel field is 595 × 295 mm. The half module carries two fields in the same warm off-white face treatment.

The half module has a 600 × 600 mm outside face with two ashlar fields. It supports the selected wall setout at shorter runs and terminations. Rib positions, outside edges and mounting clips are recorded for the half panel as their own component detail.
Both modules use the same selected warm off-white mineral surface reference. Texture, pores, recessed channel treatment and exposed panel edges are considered together in the finish selection. Adjacent-module joints and corner conditions retain their own elevation details.
| Panel construction | Cement matrix reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibers |
|---|---|
| Panel module | Four ashlar face fields · 18 mm face + 22 mm rear ribs · 40 mm maximum depth |
| Full panel envelope | 1200 W × 600 H × 40 maximum D mm |
| Half panel envelope | 600 W × 600 H × 40 maximum D mm |
| Face and ribs | 18 mm face + 22 mm rear rib projection · 50 mm selected rib width |
| Full-panel ashlar fields | Four fields, each 595 × 295 mm, separated by 10 mm internal channels |
| Face finish | Warm off-white mineral limestone appearance |
| Supply unit | One selected cast panel module with an individually scheduled mounting package |
Set out the wall using the full and half outside dimensions, then add the selected installation joints between panels. The cast internal 10 mm channels belong to each panel face. Perimeter gaps, corners and wall openings are each coordinated on the elevation.
Locate concealed mounting clips with the selected cast rib positions and supporting substrate. The fixing schedule identifies attachment details, clip access and the installation sequence. The 40 mm maximum panel depth is combined with the actual mounting and support build-up in the wall section.
Identify full modules, half modules and project edge pieces by location. Coordinate penetrations and exposed edges with the cast construction and support layout. Packing and handling positions follow the selected panel geometry and the installation sequence.
List the 1200 × 600 mm and 600 × 600 mm modules as two lines. The schedule identifies the 18 mm face, 22 mm rear rib projection, selected rib positions and matching limestone-look surface reference.
Include the full-panel four-field layout, half-panel two-field layout and recessed internal channels. Exposed ends, corner pieces and opening edges receive their own component references and quantities.
List the selected clips, support components and substrate-specific attachments alongside the rib locations. Wall joint dimensions and the complete support build-up are coordinated with the elevation and section.
Identify panels by elevation and installation position. Include requested surface references, protective separators, edge protection and the delivery sequence for full panels, half panels and project edge components.
The full panel is 1200 × 600 mm and has four ashlar face fields. The half panel is 600 × 600 mm with two fields. Both use the selected 18 mm face, 22 mm rear rib projection and 40 mm maximum depth.
The selected 18 mm face is combined with a 22 mm cast rib projection at the back. The panel is therefore 40 mm deep at its ribs. The installed wall section also includes the selected clips and supporting construction.
Two 595 mm-wide fields and a 10 mm central channel make the 1200 mm width. Two 295 mm-high fields and a 10 mm central channel make the 600 mm height. These recessed channels are cast within the panel face.
The wall elevation uses the panel outside dimensions plus the selected joints between separate panels. Internal cast channels remain part of the panel pattern. Perimeter gaps, corners and opening edges are identified independently on the setout.
The clip arrangement is coordinated with the cast rib positions, supporting substrate and installation access. The mounting schedule records clip attachments, support build-up and the fixing sequence for each panel type.
Provide the wall elevations, full and half module quantities, joint layout and substrate details. Add corners, exposed edges, openings, finish reference, concealed support arrangement and the required delivery sequence.
