Crimped Woven Stainless Wire in a Square-Tube Frame

Plain Over-Under Woven Mesh

The selected infill is crimped stainless wire woven in a plain over-under pattern. Round 1.5 mm wires alternate at their crossings, creating a regular square field. The selected clear opening is 6 mm, with a 7.5 mm center pitch between adjacent wires.

25 mm Square-Tube Frame

A 304 stainless steel frame surrounds the mesh on all four sides. Its selected section is 25 × 25 × 1.5 mm, giving the complete panel a 25 mm depth. The 1000 × 2000 mm outer frame leaves a 950 × 1950 mm clear mesh field.

Retained Mesh Perimeter

The mesh cut measures 970 × 1970 mm, extending 10 mm beyond the clear opening at each edge for retention. The selected attachment detail secures those margins inside the frame. Crimp direction, perimeter finishing and frame joints are coordinated in the fabrication schedule.

Single Panel and Two-Panel Straight Runs

Complete silver woven-wire divider panel with comparison of a single frame and a two-panel straight run.

Single 1000 × 2000 mm Panel

The single-panel package contains one complete woven infill and four-sided frame. The selected material is 304 stainless steel for both wire and frame, with a coordinated satin silver appearance and individually recorded surface-finish requirements.

Two-Panel 2020 mm Straight Run

The linked layout uses two 1000 mm-wide frames separated by a selected 20 mm joint. The total run is therefore 2020 mm wide, with the 2000 mm panel height retained. Joint components and supporting attachments follow the room setout.

Woven Surface and Frame Finish

Fine metallic highlights emphasize the over-under wire crossings while the square-tube frame defines the perimeter. The order keeps mesh appearance, wire ends, frame weld treatment and the selected satin finish together on one surface schedule.

Room Setout, Mesh Retention and Frame Attachments

Frame Footprint and Room Alignment

Use the outside frame dimensions to align the divider with floor joints, ceiling lines and adjacent finishes. The single panel is 1000 × 2000 mm; the two-panel straight run is 2020 × 2000 mm including its 20 mm joint. The actual room opening and installation allowances are recorded on the room plan.

Floor, Head and Jamb Support

Coordinate the panel attachments with the selected supporting floor, head or jamb construction. The project fixing schedule identifies restraint points, substrates and connection components. Frame depth and joint access are carried into the room section.

Mesh Cut and Retention Detail

Retain the 970 × 1970 mm cut size with a 10 mm attachment margin around the 950 × 1950 mm clear field. The fabrication detail records the mesh edge, attachment method and frame assembly sequence. Adjacent finishes and service openings are coordinated before the mesh and frame quantities are finalized.

Woven Mesh Divider Component Package

304 Stainless Frame

List single frames or the selected linked pair, using the 25 × 25 × 1.5 mm section. The frame schedule identifies outside dimensions, corners, joints and the selected satin surface treatment.

Crimped Woven Mesh

The infill line specifies 1.5 mm round wire, 6 mm clear openings and 7.5 mm center pitch. Include the 970 × 1970 mm cut size, edge finishing and 10 mm retention margins for each frame.

Joint and Support Components

For the two-panel layout, include the selected 20 mm joint and its connecting components. Floor, head or jamb attachments and the substrate-specific fixing package are itemized with the room support detail.

Room Identification and Packing

Schedule panels by room and orientation, with matching mesh and frame finish references. Protect the woven faces and frame corners during packing, and identify loose connecting and fixing components by their installation position.

Woven Stainless Mesh Room Divider Questions

How is the square mesh opening formed?

The selected round wire is 1.5 mm in diameter. A 6 mm clear space between adjacent wires gives a 7.5 mm center pitch. Crimped wires alternate over and under at their crossings to form the woven field.

How do the outer frame and clear field relate?

The outside frame is 1000 × 2000 mm. Its 25 mm-wide frame face at each opposite edge leaves a 950 × 1950 mm clear mesh field. The selected frame section is 25 × 25 × 1.5 mm.

Why is the mesh cut larger than the clear field?

The 970 × 1970 mm cut extends 10 mm beyond the 950 × 1950 mm exposed mesh field at each edge. Those margins serve the selected perimeter retention detail within the frame.

What is included in the two-panel run width?

Two 1000 mm-wide frames and a 20 mm joint produce the selected 2020 mm overall run. The panel height remains 2000 mm, and the joint components are listed with the room support detail.

How are the panels attached to the room?

The project schedule identifies the selected floor, head or jamb support, attachment positions and substrate-specific fixings. The room section coordinates those components with the frame depth, joint access and adjacent finishes.

Which information completes a divider quotation?

Provide the room opening, single or linked-panel selection, supporting substrates and alignment. Include the mesh retention detail, selected satin finish, attachment schedule, quantities and room packing references.
