Round 550 × 400 mm Pouf
The main round format has a 550 mm outside diameter and 400 mm unloaded height. Its circular top joins the curved side panel above the lower zipper.
Outdoor Pouf Ottomans with Refillable Inner Liners
The oatmeal woven cover uses solution-dyed acrylic yarn and boxed upholstery seams. Its concealed lower zipper gives access to the separate inner liner while keeping the main top and side surfaces continuous.
A zip-closed polyester liner contains the expanded-polystyrene bead fill. The liner opens on its own for replenishment, with fill quantity and finished shape retained on the upholstery specification.
The complete pouf combines outer cover, filled liner and both closure details. Replacement outer covers are counted by the matching shape and dimensions, with their fabric and seam reference carried forward.

The main round format has a 550 mm outside diameter and 400 mm unloaded height. Its circular top joins the curved side panel above the lower zipper.
The square version keeps the 400 mm height on a 600 mm-square footprint. Top, side panels and corner seams follow the square liner and cover pattern.
The larger square footprint reduces the unloaded height to 300 mm. It provides a broad low ottoman format with its own liner volume and cut pattern.

Use the diameter or width/depth on the lounge plan, with clearance for nearby chairs and circulation. The fabric body changes shape in use, so room placement follows its full unloaded envelope.
The lower outer-cover zipper and separate inner closure remain identifiable in the care and replacement schedule. Their access route is carried through the seam and pattern details.
Record the accepted oatmeal fabric, weave, seam appearance and filled profile together. Care instructions, storage arrangements and replenishment materials follow that complete upholstery build.

Schedule zip-closed polyester liners, EPS bead fill and the agreed fill quantity per format. Additionally ordered liners and refill material receive their own unit counts.
Mark each shape and cover reference on its delivery label. The packing schedule records filled-unit dimensions, replacement-cover bundles and the receiving destination.
The main round format is 550 mm in diameter and 400 mm high when unloaded. The cover and filled inner liner share that outside-envelope reference.
The square format is 600 × 600 × 400 mm, and the low square format is 800 × 800 × 300 mm. Each uses a matching cover pattern and bead-filled liner.
EPS beads sit inside an independent zip-closed polyester liner. The outer acrylic cover has its own lower zipper for access to that liner.
The inner liner has a refill closure. Its specification records the EPS material and fill quantity for the chosen pouf shape, preserving the intended filled profile.
Replacement covers are scheduled by shape, finished dimensions and fabric reference. Their panel seams and lower zipper follow the matching filled unit.
Count filled poufs as complete units. List replacement outer covers, separate liners and bead-refill material on their own order lines, with the corresponding format and destination.
