1800 mm Frame with 1600 mm Cushion
The main diameter pairs a 1800 mm outer basket with a 1600 mm circular seat pad. Back height remains 750 mm and the unloaded seat height is 400 mm.
Round Wicker Outdoor Daybeds with Curved Backs
A powder-coated aluminum frame forms the low circular basket and fixed curved rear back. Taupe polyethylene wicker wraps the frame, with the weave, edges and floor contacts carried on one construction reference.
The curved back rises to 750 mm above the floor and follows the rear half of the circle. The open front gives access to the cushion while the rounded base establishes the full placement envelope.
The main 1800 mm outside frame carries a 1600 mm-diameter cushion. A 300 mm-high platform and 100 mm unloaded pad create the 400 mm unloaded seat-top height; the oatmeal cover and cushion pattern follow the round seating area.

The main diameter pairs a 1800 mm outer basket with a 1600 mm circular seat pad. Back height remains 750 mm and the unloaded seat height is 400 mm.
The smaller diameter reduces both frame and cushion by 200 mm. It keeps the common 300 mm platform, 100 mm pad and fixed semicircular rear back.
The larger frame pairs with an 1800 mm cushion. Its wider circular footprint uses its own frame, weave and cushion pattern while preserving the height basis.
| Frame and weave | Powder-coated aluminum basket; taupe PE wicker |
|---|---|
| Outside and cushion diameter | Ø1800 frame / Ø1600 cushion · 400 mm unloaded seat top |
| Main outside footprint | 1800 mm diameter |
| Back layout and height | Fixed semicircular rear back; 750 mm overall height |
| Platform height | 300 mm above floor |
| Cushion and unloaded seat height | 100 mm pad; 300 + 100 = 400 mm seat top |
| Main cushion | 1600 mm diameter; oatmeal removable cover |
| Supply unit | One round basket daybed with fixed rear back and matching circular cushion |
Use the 1600, 1800 or 2000 mm outside diameter for terrace planning. Reserve open-front approach space and nearby furniture clearance around the complete circle.
The cushion diameter stays 200 mm smaller than the corresponding outside frame diameter. Cushion edge fit, back curvature, cover closure and the platform support are coordinated on the same assembly drawing.
The order records taupe wicker weave, aluminum finish, floor contact details and oatmeal cushion fabric. Upholstery care, drainage and storage requirements follow the complete project specification.
Count 1600, 1800 or 2000 mm outside diameters by terrace location. Each complete unit retains the fixed curved back and its matching round pad.
Quote the powder-coated aluminum basket, rear-back frame, taupe PE weave and floor contacts. The outer weave and edge finishing follow the accepted material reference.
List 1400, 1600 or 1800 mm circular pads at 100 mm unloaded thickness. Replacement covers and additional pads have separate quantities tied to the exact round pattern.
Record the complete circular packing envelope, receiving access and handling method. Protect the wicker/back edges and label cushions with the matching daybed and destination.
The main outside diameter is 1800 mm, the fixed back is 750 mm high and the unloaded seat top is 400 mm high. The circular seat cushion is 1600 mm in diameter.
Choose a 1600 mm frame with a 1400 mm cushion or a 2000 mm frame with an 1800 mm cushion. The platform, pad and back keep the same height basis.
The seat top is measured with the cushion unloaded. A 300 mm platform supports the 100 mm pad, giving a 400 mm unloaded seat surface.
The fixed back wraps around the rear half of the circle. The front half remains open for access to the round cushion.
The basket and back use powder-coated aluminum wrapped in taupe PE wicker. The supply drawing also identifies floor contacts, outer weave edges and the round cushion support.
Use the daybed outside diameter and the corresponding 1400, 1600 or 1800 mm cushion diameter. Order replacement pads and covers on separate lines with the same pattern, thickness and fabric reference.
