How we think about this work

The hard part of an international project is coordination, not manufacturing. How we handle dates, substitutions and what happens after the container sails.

Three things we believe

The hard part is coordination, not manufacturing

China can make almost anything well. What goes wrong on international projects is the joins — the worktop that does not fit the cabinet, the door that arrives after the frame, the tile that is from a different batch. We built this business around those joins, because that is where projects actually fail.

What we will not do

Showroom entrance gallery

Quietly substitute a cheaper material

If your specification names a board grade or a hardware brand, we quote to it or we tell you we cannot meet it. We will never swap it for something that looks the same and hope nobody opens a drawer.

Cabinetry and wardrobe showroom

Pretend natural materials are identical

Stone and timber vary. We will show you the range you are likely to receive rather than photograph the best slab and let you assume the rest will match it.

Design, Inspection & Export Work in the Same Chain

GEORGE Group team in Foshan

Product and Manufacturing Teams

The Foshan operation combines its own processing capability with supply partners. Designers and product specialists work alongside the teams that coordinate inspection and export.

G-Builder Project Records

GEORGE began developing G-Builder in 2021. The platform was built to connect design, products, supply-chain work, and delivery, giving those functions a shared operating framework.

Questions about how we work

What makes you different from a trading company?

We own the specification and the inspection. A trading company passes your order to a factory and passes the factory response back to you. We draw it, check it against your approved sample, photograph it before loading, and carry the consequences if it is wrong.

What makes you different from a single factory?

A factory can make one category well. Your project needs twelve. A single factory selling you all twelve is buying eleven of them elsewhere and adding a margin without taking responsibility for them.

What is the catch with one-stop supply?

It only works if the coordination is real. If you ever find us behaving like twelve separate suppliers who happen to share an invoice, tell your project manager, because that is exactly the thing we are supposed to be solving.

What is G-Builder?

G-Builder is the digital platform George Group began developing in 2021 to link business functions including design, products, the supply chain, and delivery.

Can a remote buyer follow more than the final shipment?

GEORGE’s project operations include production updates and inspection records as well as delivery preparation. These provide a view of work taking place before shipping.

Is everything handled by a single workshop?

No. Central coordination connects different product specialists and manufacturing locations. The approach depends on shared project work, rather than one workshop making every material.
