Smart toilet
The U5 combines a floor-mounted ceramic toilet with powered washing and comfort functions. Its one-piece ceramic body uses siphon jet flushing for bowl discharge. The heated wash system supplies the separate personal washing function. Bowl flushing and personal washing are separate entries in the selected version’s function specification.
U5 heats water instantly. Wash water and seat have their own settings, each Off, 34, 37 or 40 °C. The 1350 W figure is the equipment's power rating, which is different from its energy use per visit.
Both purchase configurations require personal washing, instant water heating, seat heating, warm-air drying and on-unit controls. The remote package adds one U5-compatible handheld controller and one wall holder.
The U5 reference settings offer three temperature selections for both wash water and the seat: 34, 37 and 40 °C, plus Off. Water temperature affects the washing function; seat temperature affects the seating surface. Keeping the two settings separate in the product schedule makes the specified comfort functions easy to compare across the selected room packages.
The listed air settings are Off, 35, 45 and 55 °C. They apply to the warm-air drying function and are not the same scale as the water or seat settings. A room schedule that calls for drying should name it as a required function of the selected U5 version, together with the controls used to operate it.
On-unit buttons remain available in both selections. The remote package adds handheld operation from the supplied model-matched controller; a generic universal remote is not part of the selection. English button labels and operating instructions are required for the chosen package. Voice control and automatic lid operation are outside this purchase configuration.

Both control packages specify a 220 V, 50 Hz unit, and the nameplate, earthing, cord and connection method must match the destination's installation rules. The 1350 W figure is a power rating. For a 110 V or 60 Hz supply, we specify a unit built and documented for that supply.
The selected floor-drain center is 300 mm from the finished rear wall, within the model’s 300–400 mm pit-distance range. The purchase requires a U5 outlet and connector arrangement that actually matches that 300 mm setout. Permitted inlet pressure, inlet thread, isolation valve and any inlet filter follow the supplied unit documentation.
The coordination plan is 900 mm wide and 1500 mm deep, reserving a centered 450 × 750 mm floor zone for the fixture with 750 mm in front and 225 mm each side. These are room-layout dimensions, apart from the U5 body size and any accessibility rating, and the unit drawing must fit the zone with room for cover opening, connections and service access.
Both quotations use the same required washing, water-heating, seat-heating and drying functions and the same 220 V, 50 Hz electrical selection. The price difference is the compatible remote and wall holder.
Each unit comes with its matching fixing kit and the listed water-inlet and waste-connection parts, and the remote option adds one compatible handheld controller and wall holder per toilet. Spare remotes are counted as extras under the same unit reference, and site isolation valves, pipe alterations and electrical installation are itemized as site work.
The fixture price and the site-work price cover different things. A bathroom may need an electrical outlet, water isolation, drain alterations and access before the toilet goes in, and installation and commissioning follow the unit's instructions as local work. Removing an existing toilet and making good the finishes can be added.
Packing protects the ceramic body, cover and electronic accessories in the same shipment, and accessory lists show which controls and fittings travel with each unit. Freight depends on packed dimensions, weight, quantity and destination, unloading and moving units to each bathroom are delivery tasks of their own, and the quotation shows installed units and spares apart. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.
