Workstations, Meeting Furniture & Office Cabinetry

Desks, Chairs & Meeting-Room Furniture

We source the workstation benches, individual desks, seating and meeting tables specified for each area. The furniture selection distinguishes desk frames and tops, divider screens, pedestals and cable-management components. Seating follows the selected model and configuration, with the requested arms, base, adjustments and upholstery identified in the quote.

Desks & Workstations

Reception, Pantry & Storage Millwork

Reception counters, document storage, credenzas and pantry cabinets are priced from the supplied elevations and verified dimensions. The component list covers exposed fronts and ends, cabinet interiors, doors, drawers and selected fittings. Countertops and equipment are assigned their own supply references, with openings and access coordinated where they meet the cabinetry.

Office & Commercial Cabinets

Desk Finishes, Seating Models & Storage Fittings

We connect the furniture model to the material, finish and fittings actually being quoted. A common finish reference can link desks and cabinet fronts while their construction, edges and hardware are each specified on their own.

Desk Tops, Frames & Exposed Edges

The desk selection identifies the top material and finish, edge treatment, frame, leg arrangement and included cable fittings. Meeting tables also identify their support positions and any requested cutouts for equipment supplied by others.

Chair Configuration & Upholstery

Task, meeting and visitor seating are separate selections. The quote names the model and its offered arms, base, casters or glides, adjustments and upholstery. Requested fabric or product documents are checked against that model; sample review can address the selected seat and finish.

Storage Interiors & Access

Document dimensions and storage needs guide the proposed shelf and drawer arrangement. Doors, locks, slides and handles are listed with their selected models. Cabinet access, drawer extension and exposed backs or sides are reviewed against adjoining desks and circulation shown on your plan.

Equipment, Furniture Fit & Building Access

We compare the proposed items with the equipment references and building information you provide. We identify where a monitor bracket, floor box, printer or receiving restriction affects a desk, cabinet, table or packing section.

Office Product Review & Buyer-Approved Release

We review the product selections, samples and quantities with the buyer before the order goes to manufacture. The accepted list names the model, finish and location allocation so later comments can be traced to the affected item.

  1. Review the Furniture & Cabinet Proposal

The priced list identifies furniture models, custom cabinet components, alternatives and remaining selections. Requested substitutes show their differences in dimensions, construction, fittings or upholstery for buyer review.

  2. Confirm Samples & Product Interfaces

Requested chair samples, finish swatches and custom cabinet details are reviewed for the decision each needs to settle. Comments involving equipment or retained furniture go back to the corresponding product information before the selection is accepted.

  3. Authorize Quantities & Delivery Groups

Buyer authorization identifies the product-list revision, selected finishes, accepted custom drawings and quantities by floor or room. We hand those references into supply and packing coordination, using the agreed dispatch groups. Added seats or changed items are reviewed for availability, cost and timing before a revised order proceeds.

Workplace space planning is its own design commission. Your local team verifies site dimensions and handles internal movement, assembly, mounting, electrical and data connections, and local approvals. Any installation support or site labor needs its own stated terms.

Office Package Pricing & Separate Services

Our quote identifies the selected products and quantities, then lists the drawing, sample, protection and delivery work included or priced as extras. Differences between work areas and delivery floors stay marked in the purchase list.

Furniture Models, Cabinet Construction & Counts
Desk frames and tops, seating mechanisms and upholstery, meeting-table construction, cabinet interiors and selected fittings affect product cost. Standard and custom configurations are priced as identifiable lines, with any proposed alternative described alongside the requested item.
Chair Samples, Finish Review & Drawings
A chair sample, a finish sample and a custom cabinet drawing involve different preparation and handoff work. Our proposal identifies the requested sample piece, transport or return arrangements, and drawing work before these costs are accepted.
Floor Deliveries, Handling & Assembly
Separate receiving dates, glass or exposed-finish protection, storage and restricted access affect packing and delivery costs. Freight, duties, unloading, moving items to each floor and assembly are assigned to named parties. The proposed move-in date is reviewed against approvals, product readiness and the transport plan.

Office Furniture & Millwork Procurement Questions

Can I purchase furniture for one floor or department?

Yes. The request can cover selected rooms, one department or a larger office package. We list the required desks, seating and storage by location, then confirm the actual product, quantity, packing and delivery conditions.

Can new furniture be coordinated with desks or chairs we are keeping?

Yes. Provide the retained items’ dimensions, model details, finishes and positions on the plan. We compare the proposed furniture and storage with those references, including chair arms at desks, adjoining tops and equipment access. Compatibility needs the actual models and dimensions instead of an appearance match.

Can we review an office chair before placing the quantity order?

We review requests for the selected chair model and configuration as a sample purchase or other agreed sample arrangement. Preparation, transport, return terms and any cost are stated before it is arranged. Feedback needs to identify the seat, adjustments, upholstery or fittings to carry into the final selection.

Can you provide BIFMA or other product-compliance documents?

We review documentation requests for the proposed model and configuration. Name the required standard or tender document when submitting the brief so availability and any separate testing work can be checked.

Can the office order be delivered floor by floor?

Delivery groups can be proposed around the floor and receiving sequence. The plan identifies included items, package labels, staging space and who moves and assembles them inside the building. Product readiness, storage, freight and local access conditions determine the arrangement and cost.

What happens if our seat count changes after the quote?

We update the quantities and check whether the change also affects shared desk sections, pedestals, chairs or storage. The revised list identifies the changed price and any product or dispatch impact. Once materials are ordered or production begins, available changes depend on that stage of the order.
