600 × 1200 mm Panel Faces & Pyramid Relief

600 × 1200 mm Face Size & Orientation

The panel has a listed face size of 600 × 1200 mm. That pair describes its face extents; the pyramid projection and the thickness behind the relief are given on their own. The chosen orientation and actual edge form determine how panels meet across a wall, and pattern continuity and perimeter cuts are planned on the selected panel layout.

Raised Pyramidal Geometry & Side Lighting

Pyramidal protrusions create angled faces that respond differently to light. Side lighting can make the relief more pronounced, while a more frontal light changes the balance of highlights and shadows. The selected relief and finish should be considered together. The actual projection, apex angles and number of shapes within one panel are separate model details.

Decorative Panel & Supporting Wall

The decorative panel and the wall behind it have different roles. Glue-and-nail attachment is the listed method, with the adhesive, fasteners and substrate matched to the actual panel and location. Fixtures and mounted equipment need their own support and opening details.

PU Relief, Surface Finish & Cut Edges

Polyurethane material reference with the selected finish, cut-edge treatment, attachment and application requirements

Polyurethane Decorative Material

PU identifies the polyurethane decorative-panel material reference. The surface forms a molded geometric relief, a different material from a natural-stone slab or carved timber surface. Actual density, backing, overall depth and any reinforcement are identified for the supplied panel. Those details also matter when specifying cut edges and attachments.

Color, Sheen & Relief Appearance

A finish reference sets the ordered color, sheen and surface texture. The same geometry can read differently under grazing light, diffuse daylight or a darker coating. The material and lighting references should therefore be coordinated for the intended wall. Paintability and the compatible coating system are confirmed for the actual surface, since PU products vary.

Cut Edges, Corners & Cleaning Access

A perimeter cut or outlet opening can expose an edge that differs from the finished face. Corner returns, joint treatment and any touch-up material need to be defined with the selected finish. Cleaning access also depends on the relief depth and facet arrangement. Use cleaning products and methods compatible with that actual coating.

Pyramid Panel Layout, Corners & Wall Interfaces

Panel Direction, Joint Lines & Cut Layout

Set out the wall using its actual dimensions, openings and the chosen 600 × 1200 mm panel orientation. The relief pattern and edge form determine how neighboring panels align.

Doors, Outlets & Relief Projection

The panel projects beyond its wall base, so the actual maximum projection matters near doors, switches, outlets and adjoining trim. Opening details need to suit the electrical or fixture component and the cut panel edge. The 600 and 1200 mm face dimensions cannot supply those clearances. Required access and fixture support are coordinated with those trades.

Wall Condition, Lighting & Application Requirements

The actual substrate, its condition and the selected attachment system define the wall preparation and support needed. Lighting position should be reviewed with the relief and finish because it changes how the pattern reads. Fire, emissions, moisture and exterior-use requirements need applicable product and wall-assembly evidence.

Pyramid Wall Panel Pricing & Supply

Wall Zones, Panel Counts & Cuts

The quotation follows an identified wall layout: zones, orientation, joint positions, openings and cuts. The 600 × 1200 mm configuration stays tied to that layout. Whole panels, cut pieces and requested spares are separate quantities where needed. No automatic coverage yield, waste percentage or standard room package is assigned.

Relief Reference, Surface & Perimeter Details

The finish package identifies the actual relief, color, sheen and surface texture. Cut ends, corners, returns and any touch-up materials should be included in the same reference. A different relief depth or finish changes the specified package. An agreed relief reference defines the ordered pattern and surface.

Adhesive, Fasteners & Wall Interfaces

Panel supply is separated from compatible adhesive, nails, edge pieces and any additional wall preparation. Our quote identifies which of those items are supplied and which belong to site work. Fixture loads, electrical components and required performance documentation remain distinct requirements; the decorative panel dimensions do not resolve them.

Relief Protection, Packing & Receiving

Packing needs to protect projecting relief tips, panel edges and finished surfaces. The order identifies carton quantities, actual packed dimensions and weight, destination and receiving access. Local installation labor and equipment are decided on their own. Price, availability and dispatch terms apply to the confirmed panel, finish and supplied package. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.

PU Pyramid-Relief Wall Panel FAQs

What do the 600 × 1200 mm dimensions describe?

They are the listed face extents for the PU pyramid panel. The order should identify the actual panel orientation, edge form and joint treatment for the wall layout.

How deep is the pyramid relief?

Relief projection and total panel depth need to be specified for the actual selected panel. Confirm the maximum projection where panels meet doors, trim, outlets or other fixtures.

How are panel quantity and pattern alignment determined?

Use a wall layout with its measured size, openings, orientation and joint positions. The selected edge form and relief pattern determine continuity at neighboring panels and corners. Perimeter cuts and spare pieces affect the order quantity.

Can the surface color be changed, and how is it cleaned?

No. The ordered color, sheen and texture need a finish reference. Any paint, touch-up or cleaning method must be compatible with the actual panel surface. Relief depth and the facet arrangement also affect access for cleaning.

What wall attachment and fixture details are needed?

Glue-and-nail attachment is the listed method. The adhesive, nail type, fixing arrangement and wall preparation need to suit the actual substrate and panel construction. Outlet cuts, edge treatment and any mounted fixture support are separate details.

Can you provide fire and emissions test reports for the PU panels?

Yes. The PU panels are available in a flame-retardant grade for interior walls; we confirm which fire and formaldehyde test reports are available for the grade before you order. For exterior walls we recommend a different panel material.
