Outdoor throw pillows

Other sizes are revised as part of the same cover pattern and insert schedule.
The selected construction joins front and back panels at a plain knife edge, without piping or tassels. A concealed zipper in the bottom seam gives access to the removable insert. Zip length, seam allowance, thread and corner finishing are specified together in the accepted sewing detail.
The complete package pairs the cover with a removable polyester-fiber insert. Insert dimensions, fill mass and the agreed loft determine the feel and corner fullness. They are matched to the finished cover for each size. The cover-only option removes the insert from the supply.
The selected fabric basis is solution-dyed acrylic upholstery cloth intended for outdoor cushions and pillows. The order records the actual manufacturer, fabric reference, composition and available care information. Color, weave, usable width and the care instructions for the selected range stay together in the fabric schedule.
The cover schedule identifies front and back fabric, color reference and any required pattern direction. A plain sand or slate palette can coordinate with outdoor furniture without changing the pillow construction. Stripes or repeats need a cutting layout and can change fabric use; the accepted swatch defines the supplied color.
Cover-only orders are useful when an existing suitable insert will be retained. The complete package adds a matched insert as a separate item. Covers and inserts are counted individually, so a room image showing two pillows does not turn each order line into an automatic pair.

The 500 × 500 mm target refers to the flat finished cover between opposite seams. A filled pillow curves inward at its edges, so its apparent face width can be shorter. Replacement-cover orders use the existing cover’s flat dimensions and the intended insert, ignoring the outside contour of a compressed pillow.
The pillow size and quantity follow the actual seat depth, back height and intended sitting space. The furniture and its main seat cushions remain separate products.
The selected exposure, care and storage plan follows the actual cover and insert materials. Pillows should be allowed to dry and stored clean and dry during prolonged wet weather or when the seating is out of use.
Fabric width, pattern repeat, matching fronts and backs, and the quantity per color affect cloth use. A plain cover and a matched large-repeat design have different cutting requirements. The quote retains the actual fabric reference with each cover size.
Knife-edge construction is the selected finish. Piping, contrasting panels or other decorative work changes the sewing specification and is quoted as an option. Zipper type, location, thread and corner construction stay with the accepted cover detail.
Cover-only supply has a different packed volume from filled pillows. A complete order also identifies insert size, fill specification and quantity. Compression or vacuum packing is used only when agreed for the actual insert and receiving requirements.
