Upholstered top and wood trestles
The tabletop combines a multilayer wood panel with microfiber saddle-leather upholstery. Stitched divisions organize the long surface into panels. This is an upholstered dining surface, so the specification covers the covering, seam layout, perimeter wrap and supporting panel together.
Two wood trestles support the top, each using a pair of tapered, splayed legs. Open space remains between the two assemblies along the length of the table. The trestles still occupy space below the top at each end; chair arms, knees and feet need to be laid out against their actual positions and spread.
The completed table joins the upholstered top to the two support assemblies. The order drawing identifies the attachment points and the wood components used at each position. The supporting panel and exposed wood parts are listed individually in the component schedule.
The selected top covering is microfiber saddle-leather upholstery. Covering color, grain appearance, seam color and the position of stitched divisions are reviewed together. The accepted covering sample establishes the order surface.
The wood support components use a water-based lacquer finish. Wood face selection, color and sheen are coordinated between the two trestles. The component schedule pairs each wood part with its material and accepted finish.
Dust with a soft lint-free cloth, wipe spills promptly and dry the surface after wiping. Coasters and placemats protect the covering from hot serving items and objects sliding across it. Keep hot cookware off the covering, and use cleaning products approved for the selected surface, seams and lacquer.

The procurement layout adopts 2000 mm length, 800 mm width and 750 mm overall height. These are selected metric dimensions for the order schedule; the accepted order drawing establishes the manufactured size. Tabletop thickness, the distance between the trestles and the leg spread remain separate dimensions, so overall height is not presented as knee clearance.
Adding a selected 600 mm chair pullback band to every edge gives a 3200 × 2000 mm planning envelope: 2000 + 2 × 600 by 800 + 2 × 600. This is a layout allowance. Actual chair widths and arms, the occupied chair depth and trestle locations determine usable places and the space needed behind them.
The delivery route follows the largest packed table component through doors, elevators and internal turns. Packing dimensions and component weights determine handling, while the actual connection detail establishes any site assembly.
The tabletop price follows the selected size, supporting panel, microfiber covering and stitched division layout. Edge wrapping and seam alignment are part of the surface specification. A different covering or revised seam arrangement is priced as a changed specification.
The support assemblies are priced from their actual component schedule, leg form and finish. Matching the exposed wood faces and lacquer sheen across both trestles is distinct from upholstery work. Changes to leg spread or support positions require the corresponding connection and seating layout to be revised.
The table line lists the top, two trestles, agreed connection hardware and finish. Dining chairs, benches, rugs and place settings remain separate items unless listed in the room package. The chair specification can then be selected for the actual leg positions and underside clearance.
