Melamine-Faced Cabinet Fronts
Melamine-faced fronts form the upper and lower closed storage. The selected front finish is light oak-look melamine, with the final color, texture and exposed-edge treatment recorded by sample.
Office Archive Cabinet with Closed Storage and Two Open Niches
Two upper fronts and two lower fronts divide the closed storage into two cabinet rows. They use ordinary hinged openings and selected pulls. The interior shelf arrangement follows the archive boxes and other contents, with no file drawer, lock or sliding mechanism included in this configuration.
Two open bays occupy the middle of the cabinet, separated by an 18 mm plywood vertical partition. The center partition supports the upper row through the lower cabinet structure, dividing the open storage span. Both bays provide direct access to frequently used binders, archive boxes or display items; each clear opening is set out for the actual contents.
The case uses 18 mm plywood sides, decks, partitions and scheduled shelves with a 6 mm supported back. The central partition carries the support line between the upper and lower rows. Assembly and wall restraint are detailed for the stored load and wall substrate, with the thin back closing the cabinet and the case and fixings carrying the load.

Melamine-faced fronts form the upper and lower closed storage. The selected front finish is light oak-look melamine, with the final color, texture and exposed-edge treatment recorded by sample.
The case is white-finished plywood, including the middle divider. Open-bay surfaces and shelf edges are in the finish schedule so they read as part of the same cabinet, and the plywood specification and surface treatment are listed with the order.
Hinges and pulls are chosen for the front sizes and opening action, and fixed shelves can be spaced around your binders or boxes. Soft-close action, locks, drawer runners and lighting can be added as options.

Overall width, depth and height are 1600 × 400 × 2100 mm, set for this project instead of a standard SKU. The final envelope is coordinated with the wall, floor level, skirtings and any adjacent doors or services.
Stored items establish the usable shelf depths and clear opening heights. Overall cabinet depth includes its fronts and backing, so it is separate from the usable storage depth. The two open bays and closed compartments are dimensioned around the actual box and binder sizes, with no universal A4 capacity figure.
Upper and lower doors need working space in front of the cabinet. The project detail identifies suitable upper-cabinet support, restraint and fixings for the actual substrate, including the central support and its connections. Packed cabinet sections and the receiving route are coordinated with site assembly.
Our quote lists both closed cabinet rows, four hinged fronts, two middle open bays and the central partition. Internal shelf count and compartment heights are scheduled with them, and the two open bays give direct access between the closed rows.
The 18 mm plywood case and scheduled shelves, 6 mm supported back, melamine-faced fronts and open-bay surfaces make up the material package. We record color, edge treatment and surface texture together, alongside the board and front specification.
The actual hinge and pull selection, upper-cabinet support and the central partition connections are itemized with the assembly. Wall anchors depend on the substrate and accepted fixing design. Locking, electrical and file-drawer accessories remain separate from the selected configuration.
Cabinet section sizes, protected front edges and destination determine packing and delivery planning. The quotation distinguishes furniture supply from carry-in, assembly, wall restraint and local making-good. Office equipment, storage boxes and display objects are separate items. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.
The selected layout combines upper and lower closed cabinet rows with two open bays between them. There are two hinged fronts in each closed row, four in total. An 18 mm plywood central divider separates the two middle bays and maintains a support line from the upper to the lower cabinet. Internal shelves and clear openings follow the actual storage schedule.
The project specifies an 18 mm plywood case with a 6 mm supported plywood back and melamine-faced fronts in light oak-look, with a white case. Board specification, open-bay finish, edge treatment and hardware are confirmed with the order.
The envelope is 1600 mm wide, 400 mm deep and 2100 mm high, set for the project. Clear internal depth, shelf heights and the two open-bay dimensions are recorded for the fronts, backing and intended contents.
Fit is determined from the actual boxes or binders and the final usable openings. Overall 400 mm cabinet depth does not equal clear shelf depth after fronts and backing. The storage schedule records each open bay and the closed-compartment dimensions.
This arrangement uses hinged fronts and fixed casework. Locks, file drawers or an electrical package can be added as accessories with their own components and sizes, and hinge and pull models are confirmed for the actual doors.
An 18 mm plywood central partition divides the middle storage into two open bays and aligns with the upper and lower cabinet structure. Its joints, wall restraint and the complete support detail follow the actual stored load and substrate. The 6 mm back is not the sole hanging structure.
