Pale Wood-Look Melamine Doors
The pale wood appearance is a melamine surface on particleboard fronts. Grain direction and edge banding are coordinated across the three doors.
Selected cabinet layout
The assembly uses three adjacent rectangular cabinets with a clean stepped top line. Their selected heights are 800, 1,500 and 2,200 mm from left to right. Each nominal 800 mm-wide bay has one ordinary hinged front; the design does not rely on a sloped triangular door.
The lower and middle cabinets use fixed shelves for folded items or boxes. The tallest bay uses the selected ordinary garment rail and top shelf. Rail position and storage openings are set around the actual garments and containers.
The casework uses 18 mm plywood with supported 6 mm backs, and the doors are pale wood-look melamine-faced particleboard. Front core, plywood case and edge treatments each have an entry in the material schedule.

The pale wood appearance is a melamine surface on particleboard fronts. Grain direction and edge banding are coordinated across the three doors.
Warm white case edges frame each door and trace the stepped outline. The finish schedule covers the exposed side panels and the top surfaces of all three cabinets, including the low and middle steps beneath the stair.
Each bay has its own hinged front and pull. Door handing is selected against the actual stair, adjacent wall and approach to the storage. No concealed-door, sliding-door, locking or powered mechanism is included in this configuration.

| Selected footprint | 2,400 W × 600 D mm overall; three nominal 800 mm-wide units |
| Selected heights | 800, 1,500 and 2,200 mm from left to right; made-to-order project heights |
| Casework | 18 mm plywood sides and fixed shelves with 6 mm supported backs |
| Door fronts | Pale wood-look melamine-faced particleboard; accepted edge banding, pulls and hinge schedule |
| Storage arrangement | Fixed shelves in low/middle bays; selected ordinary garment rail and top shelf in the tall bay |
| Minimum order | Made to your project quantities. Small item counts are accepted when they ship with the rest of your project list; the quotation confirms the quantity for each item. |
| Standards & certificates | Matched to the ordered model: tell us the standards or certificates your market or project requires, and we confirm in writing which documents are available for this configuration before you order. |
The assembly is 2,400 mm wide and 600 mm deep, divided into three nominal 800 mm bays sized for the project. Cabinet fronts and door swings must fit within the usable room area.
Plot the actual underside of the stair before accepting the three cabinet heights. The rectangular steps need clearance beneath that line at every position, including nosings, stringers and trim. The cabinetry does not support the stair or change its structure.
Match internal shelf openings and hanging height to what will be stored, and keep any existing service points accessible. The fabrication and installation schedules list fillers, wall restraint and site fitting for the measured space.
The 800, 1,500 and 2,200 mm units need separate panel and front schedules. They are not three identical boxes. The quote preserves the selected height sequence and the 600 mm depth across the complete 2,400 mm assembly.
Each stepped bay has its own door dimensions, edge banding, hinges and pull. The specified melamine-faced front material is separate from the plywood case. The tall bay’s garment rail and the fixed shelf arrangement are itemized with the correct unit.
The actual stair underside, skirting and wall returns determine fillers and fitting work. A change in those measurements may change a cabinet height or top clearance. The cabinetry quote does not include alterations to the staircase.
Packing identifies all three unit sizes and their assembly condition. Destination, doorways and the receiving route affect handling. Site placement, restraint and final fitting are separated from the fabricated cabinet supply. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.
No. The selected 800, 1,500 and 2,200 mm heights must be checked against the actual stair underside and its trim. The 2,400 × 600 mm footprint is a project layout.
This configuration uses three rectangular hinged fronts at different heights, so the top line steps down in three levels. A different stair profile gets its own layout, drawn to that stair.
The low and middle bays use fixed shelves for the selected folded items or boxes. The tallest bay accommodates the chosen garment rail and top shelf. Shelf levels and hanging clearance follow the actual contents and final cabinet detail.
No. The selected door material is melamine-faced particleboard with a pale wood-look surface. The cases and fixed shelves use the selected plywood construction.
The wardrobe is fitted to the measured space below the existing stair, which stays as it is. Wall restraint, fillers and cabinet installation are defined for that location.
Provide a dimensioned stair elevation, available width and depth, floor level, wall returns and the required storage contents. Include existing service points and delivery access. The cabinet layout and door handing can then be coordinated with that actual space.
