Five-drawer flat-file cabinet
The low cabinet has five drawers for sheets stored flat. Each selected interior is 900 mm wide, 650 mm deep and 75 mm clear high. The drawer is wider than an 841 mm A1 sheet and deeper than its 594 mm short side, so the paper does not need to be folded or rolled.
The selected tray uses 12 mm plywood sides and backs with a supported 6 mm bottom. Under-bottom cross supports are included in the drawer design so the broad paper area is not treated as an unsupported 6 mm panel. Support placement and the runner assembly are matched in the order drawings.
The selected outside size is 1100 ×800 ×780 mm. An 18 mm plywood case and a floor-bearing plinth surround the drawer assembly. The flat top is part of that low storage cabinet; no desk return, castors or vertical drawing rack is included.
Matte warm-gray lacquer covers the five wide fronts and the scheduled exposed top and sides. Simple long pulls keep the front layout consistent. A different color is a finish allocation within the same flat-file configuration.
The drawer interiors have the selected smooth finish and completed edges at the sheet opening. Those surfaces are specified with the paper tray, independent of the exterior lacquer.
Full-extension runners are specified for the actual wide drawer box and intended contents. The supported bottom and runner mounting are treated together.

A1 paper measures 594 ×841 mm. Placed with 841 mm across the 900 mm drawer width and 594 mm along the 650 mm depth, it leaves 59 mm of total width allowance and 56 mm of total depth allowance. Protective sleeves and folders need their own outside dimensions.
The room layout needs space in front for a wide drawer to extend and for sheets to be lifted out. That access is different from the 800 mm closed cabinet depth. The drawing shows the closed footprint and clear paper tray; actual runner travel follows the selected assembly.
The cabinet needs suitable restraint and a level bearing surface at the intended location. Runner selection and the supported tray follow the actual paper quantities and contents. No anti-tip interlock, security lock or universal safe-load rating is assumed from the five-drawer layout.
The package comprises one low case, five shallow paper drawers, its plinth and flat top. Drawer depth, clear area and support details are scheduled together. Adding drawers or changing the paper format changes that geometry.
Our order confirmation identifies the plywood components, under-bottom supports, matched full-extension runners and long pulls. A hardware brand or rating is included only with the actual selected assembly. Locks and dividers are optional items.
Exterior lacquer, drawer-interior finish and exposed edge treatment are each specified. Protective liners or specialist paper-contact materials are requested and documented as options.
Packing and destination-based freight follow the supplied assembly format. Local unloading, leveling, restraint and final placement each have an assigned responsibility. Installation access must accommodate the actual packed size, which exceeds the paper-tray area.
An A1 sheet is 594 ×841 mm. The selected clear drawer area is 900 ×650 mm, with 841 mm placed across the width. That leaves 59 mm total width allowance and 56 mm total depth allowance before adding any folder or protective sleeve.
No. 1100 mm is the outside cabinet width. The selected clear drawer width is 900 mm, after the drawer assembly and its mounting spaces. The paper-fit drawing uses the clear drawer area.
Paper weight, stack height, folders and other contents affect the requirement. The order matches the runner assembly and supported tray to those contents within the selected 75 mm clear height.
The drawer-interior finish is selected for the order. Any specialist liner or paper-contact requirement needs its own documented material specification.
No. Locks and interlocks require their own selected hardware. The cabinet still needs suitable restraint and installation appropriate to the actual wide drawers and intended contents.
The actual outside paper or folder dimensions establish the required clear tray. A larger format can change the drawer width, depth, supports, runners and cabinet envelope. It is a revised drawer configuration, sized for the actual sheets beyond the A1 name.
