Folding counter, basket cubbies and fixed rail
Four 500 mm floor-bearing modules create separate basket positions. Each selected front opening is 464 mm wide, 580 mm usable deep and 700 mm high. Baskets lift out from the front; there are no runners, pullout hampers or doors around the openings.
The 36 mm oak-veneer folding top is 900 mm above floor and supported across the base cases. It is formed from two 18 mm plywood layers. A 46 mm front support rail below the top and the selected bottom-panel position establish the 700 mm clear basket opening.
The two outer side panels extend to 2100 mm and support a fixed garment rail at 1800 mm above floor. That leaves a 900 mm nominal drop above the folding top. The rail assembly is matched to the intended garments; no lift mechanism or drying-performance rating is included.
Warm white is scheduled for the base cases, tall end panels and support rails, and the edges around the open basket positions are finished as part of the casework. A color change is a finish change within the same layout.
Natural oak veneer gives the folding top its own surface, with face, front edge and exposed ends in the schedule. The countertop is designed for dry laundry handling.
Loose baskets are chosen to fit the clear openings, and the fixed rail has its own finish and end-support specification, so baskets and rail can be matched.

The 500 mm module width is outside casework; the selected clear opening is 464 mm wide. A basket must also fit the 580 mm usable depth and 700 mm front opening height, with space for hands and removal. Handles and projecting rims count in its outside size.
The fixed rail is 1800 mm above floor and the top is 900 mm high. That 900 mm nominal drop suits an appropriately selected short-hanging arrangement; garment length and hanger shape determine the actual fit. It is not a full-height wardrobe or a drying appliance.
The 650 mm base depth and loose-basket removal path need space in front of the station. The tall side panels and base are restrained to suitable structure at the actual wall. There are no washer, dryer, plumbing or powered lift connections in the package.
The cabinet package lists four 500 mm base modules, the layered folding top, support rails and tall end panels. A change to cubby count or basket opening size changes the casework quantities as well as the finish.
Warm-white cases and the oak-veneer top have separate finish references. Exposed ends, edge treatments and room-fit fillers are counted with those surfaces. The 36 mm top construction stays in the schedule when the finish changes.
The fixed rail and its supports are included as scheduled fittings, and baskets are itemized by outside size. A pullout hamper, foldaway ironing board or mechanical drying system would be a different configuration.
Packing and freight follow the assembly format and destination. Local wall preparation, leveling, restraint and final installation are site work, and duties and unloading sit outside the cabinet subtotal unless added.
