Vertical Wall Bed and Two Storage Towers
1640 mm Central Bed Cabinet
The center cabinet is 1640 mm wide and carries a vertical fold-down bed frame. The mattress requirement is 1500 W × 2000 L × 200 T mm; 1640 mm is the outside width of the millwork around it.
Two 400 mm Storage Towers
One selected 400 mm-wide storage tower sits on each side of the bed cabinet. Together, the center and towers form a 2440 mm-wide millwork arrangement with a selected closed depth of 450 mm and overall height of 2250 mm.
Metal Mechanism and Front Legs
The selected assembly uses a matched metal folding/lift mechanism, bed frame and two floor-contact front legs. Mattress mass, frame balance, retaining components and wall connections must be coordinated as one complete assembly.
Wall Bed Millwork Finish Combinations
Off-White and Walnut
The walnut-tone alternative retains off-white faces with a darker wood direction. Keep grain orientation and color references consistent between the central unit and both storage towers.
Matte Charcoal and Oak
The charcoal-and-oak option changes the panel color combination and keeps the same bed and cabinet geometry, with hardware color and panel edges set by the finish reference.

Closed Cabinet, Deployed Bed and Matched Mechanism
Reserve the Deployed Floor Space
The selected deployed projection is 2150 mm from the wall reference to the furthest bed edge. Show the closed cabinet and deployed bed together with circulation and furniture; the 450 mm closed depth is not the occupied floor space when open.
Match the Mattress and Mechanism
The selected mattress is 200 mm thick. Its actual mass, bedding-retention arrangement, frame support and lift mechanism must be matched together.
Coordinate Wall Fixing and Services
Identify supporting wall construction, connection positions, skirting, outlets and any adjacent doors. Wall anchorage, retention and clearances require the actual assembly and project design; panel dimensions are not a load or safety approval.

Quote one 1640 mm center cabinet and two 400 mm towers against the 2440 W × 450 D × 2250 H mm closed envelope. List panel requirements, storage interiors and any separate accessories.
Frame, Mechanism and Legs
Itemize the matched bed frame, lift/fold hardware, two front legs and retaining components. A millwork-only quote should remain separate from a complete operating bed assembly.
Mattress and Project Connections
Note whether the 1500 × 2000 × 200 mm mattress is included and record its weight with the mechanism requirement. Wall connections, site preparation and installation are defined as site work.

Keep the chosen two-tone combination, room reference, panel protection and hardware labels together. State transport limits, destination and assembly responsibility with the delivery package.

How is the selected overall width divided?
The 2440 mm total comprises a 1640 mm central bed cabinet and two 400 mm storage towers. These are outside millwork dimensions.
Which mattress is selected?
The selected mattress requirement is 1500 mm wide, 2000 mm long and 200 mm thick. Its actual mass and bedding-retention arrangement must be matched to the bed frame and folding/lift mechanism.
How much space is occupied when the bed is open?
The selected deployed projection is 2150 mm from the wall reference to the furthest bed edge. Additional circulation and operating clearances follow the room and final mechanism detail.
Are the side towers part of the wall bed arrangement?
Yes. One 400 mm-wide tower is selected at each side of the central unit. The storage interiors and accessories should be itemized with the same millwork finish schedule.
