Natural Oak Veneer
The standard face is natural oak veneer with a clear finish. Grain, color, sheen and edge-lipping treatment are approved together for the leaf and its matching frame.
Oak-Veneered Solid-Core Flush Interior Door
The selected leaf has a flat flush face over an engineered solid core. The outside leaf dimensions are 915 W × 2040 H × 45 T mm, with the 45 mm total including its face construction.
The face veneer is 0.6 mm thick. Natural oak is the standard finish, with grain direction and the acceptable color range recorded on a full-face or multi-piece veneer reference.
The selected package includes a matching frame, three butt hinges and a lever latch. The frame-depth target is 110 mm; wall build-up, stops, seals, hinge positions and fixing details are coordinated with the actual opening.

The standard face is natural oak veneer with a clear finish. Grain, color, sheen and edge-lipping treatment are approved together for the leaf and its matching frame.
The walnut alternative changes the selected face veneer while retaining the plain flush leaf, core duty and overall dimensions. Match adjoining leaves using a consistent veneer and finish reference.
The pale-gray oak option keeps the oak grain in a lighter tone, with color and sheen agreed on a sample of the actual veneer and finish.
| Selected leaf construction | Plain flush engineered solid core |
|---|---|
| Selected face veneer | Natural oak veneer |
| Selected leaf dimensions | 915 W × 2040 H × 45 T mm overall |
| Face veneer thickness | 0.6 mm |
| Selected frame-depth target | 110 mm in wall-thickness direction |
| Selected hinge quantity | Three butt hinges per leaf |
| Selected closing hardware | Lever latch; hand and hardware finish by door schedule |
| Rating and opening boundary | Leaf size is not rough opening. |
| Standards & certificates | Matched to the ordered model: tell us the standards or certificates your market or project requires, and we confirm in writing which documents are available for this configuration before you order. |
The 915 × 2040 mm dimensions describe the leaf. They are not the clear passage or rough opening; frame sections, operating gaps, floor level and installation allowances define those dimensions.
The selected 110 mm frame-depth target follows the wall-thickness direction. Coordinate finished wall thickness, architraves, stops and wall connections before fixing the frame detail.
Show hinge side, swing direction, lever position and floor clearance on the door schedule. Fire, smoke, acoustic or security requirements call for a complete doorset with its own test documentation.
Quote leaf quantities by 915 × 2040 × 45 mm selected size, core duty and chosen veneer. Separate any other leaf sizes instead of hiding them within one opening count.
List matching frames, selected 110 mm depth target and any architraves, stops or seals. Frame fabrication follows the actual wall build-up and opening detail.
Count three butt hinges and one lever-latch set per selected door, with handing and finish references. Closers, access control or rated assembly requirements are separate items.
Keep each leaf, frame and hardware package tied to its door reference, with face and edge protection, destination and any requested installation.
The selected construction is an engineered solid core with a veneered flush face.
The leaf is selected at 915 mm wide, 2040 mm high and 45 mm overall thickness. Face construction is included in that total.
It is the selected frame-depth target in the wall-thickness direction. It is separate from leaf thickness, rough-opening width and the rebate/stop geometry needed for the moving leaf.
Natural oak, walnut and pale-gray oak veneer are all offered on the same plain flush leaf, with grain, tone, sheen and frame and edge treatment set by the approved finish reference.
Yes. The same oak-veneer face can be quoted as a fire-rated or acoustic door set, with matching frame, seals and hardware. Tell us the rating you need, such as 30 or 60 minutes, and we confirm the certificate for that door set before we quote.
List each opening reference, leaf size, wall thickness, frame detail, hand, swing, floor level and veneer. Add the hinge/latch finish, other hardware, any rated requirement and delivery/installation responsibilities.
