Ordered from Perth without visiting China

The owners of this new home in Perth never travelled to Foshan. Product selection, specifications, supplier coordination, quality review and delivery planning were all handled remotely with our project coordinator.

The site is in a BAL-29 bushfire zone, so the windows had to be specified to that rating. Alongside the doors and windows, the order covered residential lighting, outdoor decking, bedding and related home products.

When the delivery was unpacked, the owner wrote back: “all top quality and well packed and exactly as we ordered.”

Windows for a bushfire-prone site

In Western Australia, a BAL-29 rating sets the bar for the whole window package. We reviewed the dimensions, specifications, finishes and installation interfaces of every door and window against the approved plans before production.

During installation we kept technical information flowing between the owners, the suppliers and the local installation team, so questions on site were answered quickly.

Quality review and export packing

Before dispatch, the products went through quality review and export packing, with shipping documents and delivery planning prepared for Perth.

Local installers fitted the windows and sliding doors, and we stayed involved with technical information until the house was completed. The packing was the first thing the owners commented on when the delivery was opened.

Lighting, decking and bedding in the same process

The rest of the order went through the same remote review. Lighting, outdoor decking, bedding and the related home products were matched to the approved plans and finishes, with dimensions, specifications and supplier details confirmed for each item before production.

Keeping every category with one coordinator meant the owners had one person to ask about anything in the order, from a window interface on site to the finish of a light fitting.
