304 Stainless Cabinet Body
The 1200 W × 700 D × 900 H mm envelope includes the casters. The configuration uses 1.2 mm body sheet, 1.0 mm door sheet and a 2.0 mm stainless top with a 20 mm folded return.
Folding Side Shelves
Each 300 W × 650 D mm side shelf folds against its cabinet side on matched brackets. Two shelves extend the deployed width to 1800 mm; a single left or right shelf gives 1500 mm.
Grill Crossrails and Service Panel
An 800 × 500 mm coordination zone locates the grill interface at the cabinet top. Removable support crossrails, the final grill opening and utility routes follow the matching grill assembly; a screw-fixed side panel provides service access.

Left Shelf Package
A left-hand shelf, viewed from the cabinet front, adds 300 mm on that side. The deployed overall width is 1500 mm.
Right Shelf Package
A right-hand shelf places the extra work surface on the opposite side. Its deployed width is also 1500 mm, with the folding bracket and service-panel access coordinated together.

Grill Interface, Caster Geometry and Utility Access
Match the Grill and Support Schedule
The 800 × 500 mm rectangle is the grill coordination zone. The grill schedule supplies its final cutout, bearing positions, lid movement, heat clearances and utility connections so the crossrails and surrounding top can be detailed together.
Keep Wheel and Assembly Heights Distinct
Each locking swivel caster has a 100 mm-diameter wheel and a 125 mm installed assembly height. The 900 mm cabinet height includes the caster assembly, leaving the body mounting plane 775 mm above the floor.
Plan Movement and Service Access
The floor layout shows deployed shelves, the travel route and locking-caster positions. The screw-fixed service panel, vented doors and grill connection route remain accessible in the placed operating position.

Shelf Hand and Folding Brackets
List both shelves, left only or right only with the corresponding brackets and hardware. Each shelf measures 300 × 650 mm; deployed widths remain paired with the chosen hand.
Grill Interface and Utility Package
Schedule crossrails, the matched grill opening and service panel against the grill reference. Grill and utility packages have separate order lines, with their connection and site-work responsibilities identified.
