Stainless steel outdoor cabinet run
This system uses stainless steel bodies as well as stainless fronts, a different construction from an aluminum box with a matching coating. Formed door panels are 2–3 mm thick with internal reinforcement. Body grade, front grade and hardware are itemized as three materials, so the quote says exactly which stainless you are buying.
A two-door sink base leaves a larger space around the bowl and pipework. The drawer unit divides small cooking tools into accessible levels. The grill base reserves its interior for the selected appliance, ventilation and service points. Those three modules use different interiors even when their brushed fronts align in one run.
Raised bases leave clearance above the finished patio and keep drainage routes accessible. The base hardware package uses 304 stainless hinges, slides and fasteners, with 316 hardware available as a separate choice.
304 is the starting body grade in this system. A 316 body is the alternative to assess for a coastal, poolside or otherwise higher-chloride location. Exposure, shelter and washing frequency matter alongside the grade: salt deposits can collect beneath a canopy even where rain rarely reaches the metal. Neither choice makes the complete kitchen immune to corrosion.
A brushed surface has a directional texture across the doors and drawers, and keeping the grain direction consistent makes adjacent fronts read as one run. Leave access to the underside, joints and recesses so deposits can be cleaned off: brushed stainless still needs regular cleaning to keep dirt and salts off the metal.
The available worktop choices are 30 mm granite and 20 mm sintered stone. A thicker exposed stone edge changes the visual balance against thin metal fronts; it does not remove the need for cabinet and cutout support. A short straight run avoids the additional stone returns, finished rear panels and seating support required by an island.

The selected built-in grill determines its countertop cutout, heat clearance, lid travel and ventilation. Its shutoff or electrical connection stays accessible after the drawers and doors are fitted. The cabinet body is storage and support around the equipment.
The sink cabinet gives the drain, water connections and shutoff valves their own access zone. Pipe routes remain separate from drawer travel and any grill service opening. The worktop layout records the sink cutout and tap location together so the plumbing can be reached without dismantling adjacent cooking equipment.
Base adjustment follows the actual finished patio levels and drainage slope. Countertop joints and supports are coordinated with the cabinet modules, particularly around the sink and grill openings. Packed modules and stone pieces also need a suitable receiving route and unloading method; a compact cabinet run can still include a heavy worktop.
The quotation names the cabinet-body grade, formed-front construction and selected surface. A 316 body changes the metal package.

Yes. Cleaning removes deposits that can stain the surface or contribute to localized corrosion. Sheltered areas and crevices can hold salts even when the exposed worktop looks clean. The cleaning method must suit the brushed surface, chosen grade and site exposure.
The quote itemizes the bodies, fronts, hardware, finished panels and selected worktops. A grill, sink, faucet or other equipment is included when listed, and utilities, substrate preparation, local fixing and installation are site responsibilities unless included in the order.
