1200 mm Module
The 1200 mm module carries a 16.8 W nominal linear allowance from the 14 W/m design basis. Its driver output requirement is 24 V DC with 25 W capacity.
Recessed Plaster-In Linear LED Channel Lights
The aluminum channel uses a 40 mm-wide by 40 mm-deep housing around the LED-tape cavity. Perforated side wings extend the overall section to 70 mm for integration with the ceiling finish.
A snap-in opal diffuser forms the 35 mm light line. End caps and straight joiners are scheduled with the module lengths to coordinate the appearance of runs and junctions.
The configuration uses 24 V DC constant-voltage LED tape at a 14 W/m and 3000 K requirement. A separate accessible driver supplies each scheduled module or coordinated run.

The 1200 mm module carries a 16.8 W nominal linear allowance from the 14 W/m design basis. Its driver output requirement is 24 V DC with 25 W capacity.
The 2000 mm module carries a 28 W nominal linear allowance. A 24 V DC 40 W driver requirement leaves capacity for the specified LED load and the coordinated electrical design.
The 3000 mm module carries a 42 W nominal linear allowance. Its 24 V DC 60 W driver requirement is scheduled with wiring length, control type and the access position.

The 40 mm housing uses a 42 mm slot-width requirement. The ceiling section locates the 70 mm plaster wings, diffuser plane and supporting connections together with the actual board/finish build-up.
The wing perforations key into the specified finishing system. Profile alignment, temporary protection during finishing and the final diffuser position are coordinated along the full light line.
The lighting plan identifies each driver, cable route and service-access location. Tape cut pitch, polarity, wire sizing, voltage drop and switching/dimming controls follow the matched electrical assembly.
List 1200,2000 and 3000 mm modules by ceiling run. Keep end-to-end module lengths, junctions, straight joiners and end-cap quantities with the reflected ceiling plan.
Retain the 14 W/m,3000 K and 24 V DC requirements with the module loads. Driver capacity, input supply and control behavior are selected as one electrical package.
Itemize the plaster-in channels, supporting fixings and finish interfaces. Board cutting, finishing work, cable routing and access provisions are each assigned to the installing trade.
Protect diffuser faces and straight channel edges in transit. Run labels keep the module, tape, driver, joiner and end-cap references paired through delivery and assembly.
The housing is 40 mm wide and 40 mm deep. Perforated plaster wings extend the overall width to 70 mm, and the opal diffuser creates a 35 mm light line.
The design includes 1200,2000 and 3000 mm modules. Straight joiners, end caps and the ceiling-run references coordinate them into the required layout.
The 14 W/m LED-tape requirement gives 16.8 W for 1200 mm,28 W for 2000 mm and 42 W for 3000 mm. Those nominal allowances are retained with the tape and driver schedule.
The corresponding output-capacity requirements are 25 W,40 W and 60 W, all at 24 V DC. Driver input, ambient conditions, control type and wiring are matched to the complete electrical assembly.
The 40 mm housing is coordinated with a 42 mm ceiling slot. Perforated wings are integrated with the board/finishing system, placing the diffuser at the scheduled room-side finish plane.
Include run locations and module lengths, profile section, LED power/CCT, diffuser and driver requirements. Add cable/control details, end caps, joiners, supporting fixings, ceiling finish and access locations, labels and destination.
