Separate Wash Tub, Spin Basket and Timer Controls

Larger Wash Vessel on the Left

The selected molded-polypropylene wash vessel occupies the larger left chamber. A pulsator provides the selected wash movement beneath a separate top lid. The vessel, pulsator, inlet arrangement and overflow components are identified as the wash-side assembly.

Independent Spin Basket on the Right

A perforated stainless steel spin basket occupies the smaller right chamber. It has its own top lid and inner cover, with a separate spin drive and timer. The operator transfers rinsed laundry between the two chambers, keeping the wash and spin steps distinct in the operating sequence.

Three Controls and Molded Body

The upper console carries a wash timer, spin timer and drain selector. A white polypropylene outer body surrounds the two chambers and their drives. The control labels, lid fittings, service panels and hose connections are listed with the complete machine package.

Gravity and Pump-Assisted Drain Packages

Separate wash/spin chambers with comparison of gravity and pump-assisted drain packages.

Gravity-Drain Arrangement

This package uses the selected lower outlet hose on a continuously falling route to the drain. The site layout identifies the outlet level, hose run and drain location together. It suits a low drainage point arranged beside the machine and keeps the discharge components on one coordinated schedule.

Pump-Assisted Discharge

The alternate package adds a matched discharge pump and hose arrangement for the scheduled drain route. Pump selection, connection positions and the intended rise and run are recorded as part of that assembly. The machine retains its two-chamber top-loading layout and independent timers.

White Body and Separate Material Roles

The selected finish is a white molded body with pale-blue translucent chamber lids. The wash vessel is polypropylene and the spin basket is stainless steel. Lid hinges, inner spin cover, inlet parts and drain components receive individual material and finish entries.

Top-Lid Access, Water Supply and Drain Routing

800 × 480 × 900 mm Envelope

The selected overall machine is 800 W × 480 D × 900 H mm. The room layout adds clearance for fully raised lids, operator access and hose connections. Doorways, floor levels and service-panel access are coordinated around this appliance envelope.

Water Inlet and Manual Transfer

Locate the water connection beside the selected inlet and keep both lids accessible during washing and transfer. The operator sets the water fill and timers, drains and rinses the wash chamber, then moves laundry to the separate spin basket. A nearby work surface and the clear approach belong on the laundry layout.

Drain Route and Electrical Point

Record the drain location and hose route before selecting the gravity or pump-assisted package. The electrical schedule identifies the requested 220–240 V, 50 Hz single-phase component set, cord and destination plug. Supply, drainage and service access are coordinated as separate appliance interfaces.

Twin-Tub Washer Supply Package

Complete Twin-Tub Body

The main appliance line contains the molded body, left wash assembly, right spin assembly and their independent lids. The order identifies the selected overall envelope and the three-control arrangement.

Drive and Chamber Components

List the wash pulsator and drive, spin drive and perforated basket, timers, inner spin cover and lid fittings. Replacement covers, hoses and service components retain their own quantities and references.

Selected Drain Package

State gravity drainage or the matched pump-assisted discharge assembly. The supply line identifies the outlet hose, pump where selected, connections and the project drain route that the package serves.

Utility Connections and Packing

The quotation identifies the requested electrical set, inlet hose and destination fittings alongside the installation plan. Packing secures the lids and loose hoses, with room labels and the selected operation and service documents included in the delivery schedule.

Twin-Tub Semi-Automatic Washer Questions

How are the two chambers used?

The larger left vessel performs washing and rinsing. The smaller right basket performs the separate spin step. The operator transfers the rinsed laundry between them and sets the independent wash and spin timers.

How do the drain packages compare?

Gravity drainage uses the lower outlet hose on a falling route to a low drain. The pump-assisted selection adds a matched discharge pump and connection package for the scheduled hose rise and run. The site drain location determines which arrangement is included in the order.

Which materials are selected?

The outer body and wash vessel are polypropylene. The perforated spin basket is stainless steel, with a separate inner cover and top lid. Hose connections, lid fittings and drive components are identified individually in the assembly schedule.

What access is needed above the machine?

The selected envelope is 800 × 480 × 900 mm, with additional space for both lids to open fully. The room layout provides an operator approach, manual transfer space and access to the inlet, drain and service panels.

Which electrical package is requested?

The selected request is 220–240 V, 50 Hz single phase. The appliance component set, cord and destination plug are coordinated for that request, with the project supply point recorded in the utility schedule.

What information establishes the complete quotation?

Provide the room layout, machine quantity, electrical supply, inlet connection and intended drain route. Identify the gravity or pump-assisted selection and include lid access, installation work and the requested operating and service documents.
