30 mm Face / 15 mm Projection
The smaller section has a 30 mm straight rear diameter and 15 mm radius. It creates a narrower rounded line for close-spaced wall bands and smaller panel divisions. The selected straight cutting length remains 2400 mm.
Solid Oak Half-Round Wall Molding
The selected molding is solid white oak through its section. One straight rear face forms the diameter of the semicircle, while the exposed front follows a continuous convex arc. The default profile has a 40 mm face height and a 20 mm projection from that rear plane.
The flat back provides a continuous attachment surface against the selected wall or panel substrate. Adhesive selection and discreet mechanical fixings are coordinated with the actual support. Finished joints and cut ends retain the same solid-wood section as the straight run.
A clear matte finish preserves the selected pale oak grain reference across the convex face. The order identifies grain selection, exposed end grain and finishing of field cuts together. Adjacent lengths are allocated by run to coordinate their natural wood appearance.

The smaller section has a 30 mm straight rear diameter and 15 mm radius. It creates a narrower rounded line for close-spaced wall bands and smaller panel divisions. The selected straight cutting length remains 2400 mm.
The default profile uses a 40 mm face height, 20 mm radius and 20 mm projection. This establishes the rounded body shown in the profile drawing. Its flat rear face and clear-finished solid-oak construction continue along the 2400 mm bar.
The larger section has a 50 mm face height and a 25 mm radius/projection. It gives wider wall bands and perimeter details a larger curved section while retaining the same material, rear attachment plane and straight-bar format.
| Profile construction | Solid white oak half-round section with flat rear face |
|---|---|
| Selected profile size | 30 mm face height · 15 mm projection/radius · solid oak · 2400 mm bar |
| Default section | 40 mm face height × 20 mm projection · 20 mm radius |
| Alternative sections | 30/15 mm and 50/25 mm face height/projection |
| Straight bar length | 2400 mm selected cutting length |
| Face finish | Clear matte finish with retained oak grain reference |
| Attachment arrangement | Flat rear surface with selected adhesive and discreet mechanical fixings |
| Supply unit | One selected straight bar; finished cuts, miters, ends and spares scheduled by run |
The selected bars are 2400 mm long. The wall elevation establishes finished run lengths, spacing and intersections, then assigns straight pieces and cuts. Position the rounded face relative to adjacent panel edges, switches and furniture lines on the same layout.
Schedule miters and intersections using the selected profile size. Exposed ends receive a defined end treatment and matching finish. The cutting list records the finished lengths and grain direction for each wall band, with allowances and spare bars on their own lines.
Identify the wall or panel substrate and coordinate adhesive and mechanical fixing positions with the flat rear face. Finish access, joint alignment and cut-edge treatment belong with that attachment detail. The complete run schedule links these components to their locations.
List 30, 40 or 50 mm face-height profiles as separate item references. Each selected bar is 2400 mm long, with solid white-oak construction and the corresponding half-round projection.
The cutting list identifies finished straight pieces, miters, intersections and exposed ends. Project cuts and spare bars are itemized alongside the uncut stock lengths.
Record the selected grain range and clear matte surface reference. Include exposed end grain, field-cut finishing materials and any coordinated adjacent woodwork references in the finish schedule.
List the selected adhesive and discreet fixing package against the actual substrate. Pack lengths by room or wall run, with profile labels, end protection and the corresponding cutting and location references.
Its flat rear face is the straight diameter of a semicircle. The convex front spans a full half-circle. In the default section, a 40 mm face height produces a 20 mm radius and 20 mm projection from the rear plane.
The 30, 40 and 50 mm face heights correspond to 15, 20 and 25 mm projections. All three retain the selected solid white-oak body, clear matte finish and 2400 mm straight-bar length.
The projection is measured from the flat rear attachment plane to the outermost point of the convex face. It is 20 mm for the default 40 mm profile, with 15 and 25 mm alternatives.
The wall elevation and cutting list identify each finished run, miter, intersection and exposed end. The selected profile size remains attached to that item reference, with end treatment, finishing and spare bars listed alongside it.
The selected flat rear face receives the project adhesive and discreet mechanical fixing arrangement. The attachment schedule identifies the supporting wall or panel substrate, fixing positions and access for finishing the exposed joints and ends.
Provide the chosen profile size, run lengths, wall layout and quantity. Include the oak grain and finish reference, miters and end details, supporting substrate, attachment package and room-based packing requirements.
