2400 mm Straight Length
Straight baseboard lengths are supplied on a 2400 mm cutting basis. Finished wall runs allocate joints, end pieces and site cuts from those lengths.
Removable-Face Baseboards with a Cable Recess
The decorative front is paint-grade MDF with a smooth white finish and lightly eased upper edge. A removable clip connection retains the face while keeping the baseboard line simple.
A rear rail attaches to the supporting wall and carries concealed clips for the cover. Clip engagement, rail joints and removal access remain one coordinated profile assembly.
The selected rear recess is 60 mm high and 10 mm deep within a 150 mm-high, 24 mm-projecting installed section. The low-voltage route is scheduled with its cable count, bend space and room entry points.

Straight baseboard lengths are supplied on a 2400 mm cutting basis. Finished wall runs allocate joints, end pieces and site cuts from those lengths.
The internal corner uses matched cut face pieces around a 90° room corner. The rail, clips and cable path are coordinated through the junction.
The outside corner continues the same 150 × 24 mm installed profile around a 90° projection. Mitred faces, backing connections and exposed-edge finish stay with the corner set.
| Front component | Paint-grade MDF removable face with smooth white finish |
|---|---|
| Baseboard component | 2400 mm bar · 150 H × 24 projection mm · removable face |
| Installed profile | 150 H × 24 projection mm |
| Rear cable recess | 60 H × 10 D mm clear design recess |
| Attachment arrangement | Wall-mounted rear rail with concealed removable-face clips |
| Corner components | Matched 90° internal- and external-corner sets |
| Room interface | Cable route, cover-release space, floor levels and end/joint details on room drawing |
| Supply unit | Chosen straight/corner components with rear rails, clips and scheduled fixings/end pieces |
The room plan identifies cable types, quantities, entry/exit points and access needs. Cable bend geometry, separation and applicable routing requirements are coordinated with the actual electrical/data installation.
The wall detail reserves the space needed to release and refit the cover. Furniture, built-ins, door casings and end connections are located against that removal path.
The baseboard elevation follows finished floor levels, wall flatness and door thresholds. Corners, ends, joints and any floor-edge gap or seal are identified on the installed profile detail.
Quote 2400 mm supplied lengths against the finished wall takeoff. Room references distinguish full bars, cut runs, joints and retained spare lengths.
List internal/external corner sets and end terminations as their own items. The white finish, eased top edge, mitred cuts and exposed MDF edge sealing remain on the face schedule.
Itemize rails, clips, substrate-matched fixings and cable-route access parts. Wall preparation, data/electrical routing and baseboard installation are each assigned to a trade.
Protect straightness, painted faces and corner tips during packing. Label room runs and component sets, with hardware packs, unloading access and destination on the delivery schedule.
The painted MDF face clips onto a rear rail fixed to the wall. The cover and clips are matched so the decorative face can be removed and refitted at the scheduled access positions.
The baseboard is 150 mm high with a 24 mm overall projection from the wall datum. Its rear cable recess is 60 mm high and 10 mm deep.
Choose 2400 mm straight supplied lengths, matched internal-corner sets or matched external-corner sets. All retain the same 150 × 24 mm installed profile.
The room schedule identifies the actual low-voltage cables, quantities, bends and entry/exit points. Routing and separation requirements follow that installation and its supporting wall detail.
The room detail reserves the cover-release and refitting path around furniture, cabinets, door casings and end pieces. Access points stay with the cable route and clip schedule.
Include wall-run dimensions, corners, ends, floor levels and the white paint reference. Add rails/clips, wall construction, cable/access requirements, installation responsibility, spare bars, packing and destination.
