Brushed 304 Stainless Brackets
The default package pairs the clear-finished oak rail with brushed 304 stainless steel brackets and wall roses. Rail attachment, rose edges and exposed metal joints are coordinated with the same surface reference.
Solid Oak Oval Wall Handrails with Metal Brackets
The selected solid white-oak rail has an oval cross section, 60 mm wide in the horizontal wall-to-front direction and 40 mm high. A clear matte finish retains the selected pale oak grain. Both ends are closed and finished to the selected end detail.
The 2000 mm straight run uses three selected wall supports. Bracket centers are 150, 1000 and 1850 mm from one end, leaving 150 mm end offsets and two 850 mm center intervals. Each bracket includes its rail connection and round wall rose.
The selected gap is measured from the finished wall to the nearest wood surface. With a 60 mm-wide oval rail, the centerline is 80 mm from that wall: 50 mm clearance plus a 30 mm half-width. Bracket geometry follows this selected section and position.

The default package pairs the clear-finished oak rail with brushed 304 stainless steel brackets and wall roses. Rail attachment, rose edges and exposed metal joints are coordinated with the same surface reference.
The alternate package uses black powder-coated 304 stainless steel supports and roses. It preserves the selected oval oak rail, wall gap and three bracket locations while changing the hardware finish.
Both hardware packages retain the same selected solid-oak surface. The finish schedule identifies grain range, exposed end grain, end shape and finishing at joints. The rail and metal references stay distinct so that each material has a clear order specification.
| Handrail body | Solid white oak oval rail with clear matte finish and finished closed ends |
|---|---|
| Bracket finish | Clear matte oak rail · brushed 304 stainless brackets and roses |
| Finished straight run | 2000 mm |
| Oval cross section | 60 mm horizontal width × 40 mm vertical height |
| Wall interface | 50 mm clear gap · 80 mm rail centerline from finished wall |
| Selected supports | Three metal brackets with round wall roses |
| Bracket centers | 150 / 1000 / 1850 mm from one end · 850 mm between centers |
| Supply unit | One selected rail with three brackets, roses and project-scheduled attachment components |
The room or stair drawing establishes the installed rail line and height against finished floor or stair datums. The selected rail is a straight 2000 mm run. End positions, adjoining rails and landing junctions are coordinated with the actual project geometry.
Identify the wall substrate and backing at the three selected support centers. The fixing schedule coordinates bracket roses, rail attachment, anchors and the project load requirements with that supporting construction. Site measurements and tolerance allowances remain linked to the installed rail line.
Keep the 50 mm clear wall gap coordinated with trim, doors and nearby wall fittings. The project detail establishes end terminations and any adjoining sections. Packing and labels identify rail orientation and the corresponding bracket/rose package.
The main rail line identifies the 2000 mm finished run and 60 × 40 mm oval section. Include the selected oak grain, clear matte finish and closed finished ends.
List three matching metal supports with their roses and rail connections. State brushed or black powder-coated 304 stainless steel and retain the 150/1000/1850 mm position schedule.
The project package identifies wall backing, anchors and rail attachment components. End terminations, landing junctions and adjoining rail sections receive their own item references and quantities.
Identify rail orientation and room or stair reference on the packing list. Protect the oak face, finished ends and exposed metal surfaces, and keep the matched fixing components grouped with each rail.
The selected rail is 60 mm wide horizontally from wall toward the front and 40 mm high vertically. This orientation is retained in the bracket and wall section detail.
The selected clear gap is 50 mm from the wall to the nearest wood surface. Half the rail width adds 30 mm, placing the oval centerline 80 mm from the finished wall.
Their centers are 150, 1000 and 1850 mm along the 2000 mm run. This gives 150 mm end offsets and two equal 850 mm center intervals. The project support detail coordinates attachment at those locations.
Both use selected 304 stainless steel brackets and round wall roses. The default has a brushed finish; the alternate has a black powder coat. The oval oak rail, selected wall gap and bracket centers stay the same.
The project drawing sets the rail line against finished floor or stair datums. The wall substrate, backing and project load requirements are coordinated with the brackets, roses, anchors and rail attachments in the supporting detail.
Provide the run location, rail line and height, quantities and supporting substrate. Select the bracket finish and oak reference, then identify end terminations, adjoining sections, anchors and packing labels.
