900 × 600 mm Main Opening
The main surround measures 1100 mm wide and 800 mm high outside. Its rectangular opening and constant 100 mm band define the front elevation.
Boxed Steel Fireplace Surround Frames
The surround is formed from 2 mm carbon-steel sheet with a matte-black finish. Four joined sides create one rectangular frame around the appliance opening.
The front band is 100 mm wide along all four sides. The main 900 × 600 mm clear opening therefore sits within a 1100 × 800 mm outside frame.
The boxed section extends 80 mm behind the face, and its 20 mm rear fixing flange keeps the frame connections behind the face band, with the brackets shown on the wall detail.

The main surround measures 1100 mm wide and 800 mm high outside. Its rectangular opening and constant 100 mm band define the front elevation.
The middle format measures 1300 × 850 mm outside. It retains the 2 mm sheet, 100 mm face band and 80 mm boxed depth around the wider opening.
The large format increases the outside frame to 1500 × 900 mm. The same band and return section continue around all four sides, with fixings matched to the larger frame.

The appliance and wall installation documents establish the opening, clearance and heat-interface requirements. The selected frame elevation is coordinated with the firebox face and adjoining finish.
The wall detail positions the rear flanges, brackets, anchors and supporting construction, with frame depth, alignment and connection access recorded alongside the face-band dimensions.
The fabrication drawing marks corner joints, weld finishing, the matte-black surface and exposed returns, and any hearth, wall lining or adjacent trim junction has its own interface reference.
List the 900 × 600, 1100 × 650 or 1300 × 700 mm opening by fireplace reference. Pair each with its 1100 × 800, 1300 × 850 or 1500 × 900 mm outside frame.
Quote 2 mm steel, 100 mm face band, 80 mm boxed depth and the 20 mm rear fixing-flange design. The accepted reference records corners, weld finish and matte-black appearance.
Schedule rear brackets, anchors, wall bearing and connection access against the actual appliance detail. The project package carries heat/clearance and finish-suitability requirements for that location.
Protect the matte face, opening edges and boxed corners. Mark frames and fixing components by fireplace, with package dimensions, unit counts and receiving destination.
The 100 mm band adds 200 mm to both opening dimensions. The 900 × 600 mm main opening therefore gives a 1100 × 800 mm outside frame.
The three openings are 900 × 600, 1100 × 650 and 1300 × 700 mm. All use a 100 mm face band, 80 mm boxed depth and 2 mm steel sheet specification.
Four folded and welded steel sides make one rectangular surround, with the face band and boxed returns finished to the same matte-black reference.
Rear 20 mm flanges and scheduled brackets connect the surround to the supporting wall. The detail identifies anchors, alignment and access behind the face.
The actual appliance and wall documents establish the opening, clearance, heat-interface and finish requirements. The frame drawing places its opening, depth and fixing positions against that coordinated detail.
One unit is the rectangular steel surround with folded returns and its fixing schedule, and the order records brackets and anchors, fireplace labels, surface protection, packing dimensions and destination.
