Wall Panel OEM & ODM

Bring a panel specification, a finish reference or a wall design brief. We coordinate material and profile feasibility, custom sizing, surface selection and sample requirements with GEORGE Panel for a defined manufacturing quote.

Discuss Your Panel Requirements

Custom Wall Panel Specifications & Production

We turn your panel brief into the product details a manufacturer can assess: the base material, profile, dimensions, surface finish and quantities. The response identifies feasible options and the sample or development work needed before the production order can be confirmed.

RequirementWork covered in the review
Material & ApplicationMatch the intended indoor or outdoor use to a suitable panel family. Separate the requested appearance from the material and performance requirements.
Profile & DimensionsCompare your section and length requirements with available profiles. Identify adjustments that fit the existing product and requests that need a separate feasibility review.
Surface & SampleReview the color, grain or texture reference against available surfaces and establish which physical sample is needed to assess the proposed finish.
Manufacturing QuoteSet out the proposed panel specification, quantity by variant and included processing. List sample or development work as its own item when it is required.

Wall Panel Profiles & Finish Samples

  • Existing profile

Surface choice. Keep the selected cross-section. Review length and surface finish. Confirm available options.

  • Different section

Width, thickness or joint changes need manufacturing review. Confirm feasibility and development.

  • Color sample

    Color, grain and texture.

  • Profile piece

    Face, section and joint.

  • Larger arrangement

    Pattern across adjacent panels.

Choose the sample for the decision.

Existing Panel Specifications & New Design Briefs

OEM: Work from a Defined Panel

A dealer or project buyer may already have a panel code, section drawing or physical reference. We review the requested size, finish and volume against the production options for that product. A change in length is assessed apart from a change to the cross-section or material.

Indoor Fluted WPC Wall Panels

ODM: Develop the Panel Selection

If the brief starts with an appearance or wall design, we help narrow the material, profile and surface combination. Available products are the starting point. A new section or special surface process needs a manufacturing review before it can become a quoted supply item.

Custom Production

Panel Lengths, Profiles & Surface Finishes

Customization depends on the panel series. For the standard indoor WPC grille and veneer products, width and thickness follow the selected profile; length can be reviewed for the wall height. A different section is a separate manufacturing question.

Length & Cut Requirements

Identify the requested finished lengths and quantity at each length. We review these against the selected panel and its processing options, including whether the order uses production lengths or requires additional cutting.

Profile & Edge Compatibility

The face pattern, joint and edge detail belong to the profile. A requested change can affect how adjacent panels meet and which trims fit. New widths, thicknesses or connections require feasibility confirmation.

Finish Selection & Matching

Use a surface code or physical reference to describe the intended color, grain and texture. We review available finishes and sampling needs. Matching a reference from another supplier requires sample review; a photograph alone does not establish a finish match.

Wall Layouts, Panel Joints & Quantity Breakdowns

A wall area alone does not define a custom panel order. Panel direction, finished lengths, openings and joint coverage affect the pieces required. We use your layout and quantity breakdown to review the proposed panel package; the local project team verifies the site dimensions.

Panel Feasibility, Samples & Production Confirmation

An existing profile with a different length needs a different review from a newly developed section. We establish the manufacturing route first, then resolve the sample and order details needed for that route.

  1. Review the Manufacturing Route

We compare the brief with available materials and profiles. The response separates feasible product selections from requests that need further development, additional information or an alternative.

  2. Confirm the Sample Brief

A color chip helps select a surface; a profile piece shows the face, section and joint. A larger panel arrangement may be needed to judge repeated grain or pattern. The sample quote identifies what will be prepared and shipped.

  3. Confirm the Production Order

The order brings together the selected panel, dimensions, finish reference, quantities and agreed processing. Changes after confirmation return to the manufacturer for a feasibility, cost and schedule assessment before revised work proceeds.

This service concerns the wall panels and processing listed in the supply quote. Local site measurement, installation design, structural attachments and building approval remain with the project team and its qualified local professionals.

Custom Panel Pricing, Samples & Development Costs

The quote follows the selected material and profile, requested lengths, surface finish, processing and quantity of each variant. Manufacturing cost and any sample or development work are identified before you commit to the order.

Quantity & Production Schedule
Minimum quantities and production timing depend on the panel series and requested changes. A mix of finishes or lengths needs its own quantity breakdown. The quote states the applicable minimums and proposed schedule after feasibility is reviewed.
Sample & Development Work
Physical samples, special processing trials and a new section may require their own preparation or development. Any such charge, its extent and the next decision are quoted before the work starts; they are not assumed to be included in the panel unit price.
Branding & Commercial Rights
State any label, packaging, exclusivity or design-rights requirements in the brief. Availability, charges and rights need specific written agreement. An OEM or ODM inquiry alone does not establish private labeling, tooling ownership or a transfer of design rights.

Wall Panel OEM & ODM Questions

Can you work from a panel drawing or physical reference?

Yes. A section drawing, panel code or physical reference helps identify the requested material, face and connection. We review it with the manufacturer for a feasible product or processing route. Reproducing an exact section or finish is subject to that review.

Can I customize the width and thickness of a WPC panel?

Standard indoor WPC grille and veneer products have fixed profile widths and thicknesses; length can be reviewed for the project. A new width, thickness or joint is a separate development request, with feasibility and any associated costs confirmed before work.

Can I approve a finish sample before placing a production order?

Yes. We can coordinate a finish or profile sample for review. Identify whether you need a small color sample, a section piece or a larger arrangement. Sample preparation, freight and any special development are included in the sample quote as applicable.

What is the minimum order and production lead time?

Both depend on the selected panel and the customization requested. Send the quantity by profile, length and finish, together with your required delivery date. The manufacturing quote confirms the applicable minimums and proposed production timing; shipping is assessed on its own.

Does OEM or ODM include my logo, exclusive design rights or tooling ownership?

These are separate commercial requirements. Include them in the brief so availability, charges and rights can be reviewed and agreed in writing. They are not automatic parts of a wall-panel manufacturing order.

Can you supply fire or acoustic certification for a custom panel?

We review the required standard and request available evidence for the proposed product and construction. A decorative finish or similar profile does not establish a fire or acoustic rating. Required testing, product suitability and local approval must be resolved before the affected selection is confirmed.
