A Fixture List Matched to Your Merchandise

We match the fixtures on your layout to the products they need to hold, present and store. The proposed list keeps each wall unit, display island, glass cabinet and checkout assembly tied to its location, quantity and construction reference.

Purchase detailInformation coordinated
Fixture Types & LocationsNamed fixture types, positions and quantities from the store plan, including repeated bays and individually sized end or corner units.
Merchandise & Stock ArrangementMerchandise dimensions, shelf arrangement, intended product quantities and enclosed storage needs. Product weight and proposed support details go to the supplier for configuration review.
Construction & ComponentsCabinet boxes, shelves, exposed panels, glass, selected fittings and requested lighting. Our quote identifies each component included with the fixture.
Store Variants & Order QuantitiesShared fixture references separated from changes in length, finish, handing or access. Each variant retains its own quantity and store allocation for the agreed order.

Wall Displays, Glass Cabinets & Checkout Fixtures

Merchandise Displays & Freestanding Islands

We source wall runs and freestanding islands from the fixture elevations. Wall units identify back panels, finished ends and fixing information from the local team. Islands identify exposed backs and ends, access from each side and transport sections for local assembly. Open shelves, glazed cabinets and base storage follow the merchandise sizes, display quantities and replenishment requirements.

Cabinets & Storage Components

Checkout Counters & Staff Storage

The checkout package identifies the counter face, worktop, drawers, doors and stock or bag storage. POS screens, printers and payment equipment have separate model and mounting references, with cable routes and service access coordinated in the fixture details. Counter operation and position come from your approved retail brief.

Cabinet & Furniture Shop Drawings

Fixture Finishes, Glass & Selected Fittings

We specify the display faces, shelf surfaces and concealed storage one by one, then connect their finish references to the quoted fixture. Glass and fitted hardware are listed by component so a material or fitting change can be compared before approval.

Panels, Edges & Brand Colors

The selection distinguishes the panel core from its exposed finish, edge treatment and interior surface. Matching requests identify a physical color or finish reference. Grain direction, panel joints and exposed ends are reviewed on the fixture elevations.

Glass Shelves, Doors & Cabinet Access

Glass components have their own type, thickness, edge and fixing details in the proposed specification. Door operation, shelf supports and any locks need to follow that configuration. Required product documentation is reviewed for the actual glass and cabinet assembly being proposed.

Adjustable Shelves & Lighting Components

Shelf supports, tracks and adjustment positions are selected with the intended merchandise and shelf span. For requested integrated lighting, the list identifies channels, light sources, drivers and access to replace them. Electrical supply and final connections stay with the qualified local team.

Merchandise Sizes, Lighting & Store Variations

We use product and store information to settle the fixture differences that affect price and manufacture. Standard units can share a specification; a shorter wall, mirrored access side or different POS model creates a change attached to the relevant fixture type.

Fixture types, store variants & quantities

  • Shared fixture specification

    Construction, finish and selected fittings.

  • Same fixture type

Same dimensions and access. Count by store and location. Retain the shared item reference.

  • Separate fixture variant

Changed length, finish or handing. Identify the revised configuration. Count this variant on its own.

  • Buyer-authorized order

Fixture or variant, quantity and store allocation. Drawing revision, finish reference and dispatch group.

Fixture Samples, Buyer Approval & Order Release

We bring sample choices and product-detail comments back to the fixture list before manufacture. The buyer authorizes the named specification and quantities, including the differences between stores or display zones.

  1. Compare the Fixture Proposal

Our proposal lists the intended assemblies, materials, fittings and quantities. A proposed substitute shows the changed panel, glass, hardware or construction detail against the requested fixture so the buyer can assess both its appearance and cost.

  2. Review the Required Sample Work

A finish swatch addresses color and texture; a shelf fitting, door assembly or complete fixture addresses a different decision. We define the requested piece and review arrangements, then connect accepted comments to the fixture and sample reference.

  3. Confirm the Order & Store Allocation

The accepted order identifies fixture variants, quantities, drawing issue and selected finishes. Those references feed the production and packing handoff. Later changes are reviewed for affected parts, work already completed, revised cost and dispatch impact before the buyer agrees to proceed.

Store concept design, merchandising layout and showroom planning are separate commissions. Qualified local parties verify site dimensions and take responsibility for installation, anchoring, electrical work, fire and accessibility requirements, and local approvals. The fixture order uses their supplied requirements.

Fixture Pricing, Samples & Delivery Costs

The itemized quote separates the fixture assemblies and their selected components from sample, drawing and delivery work. Repeated units and store-specific variants remain separate lines so quantity changes have a clear pricing basis.

Fixture Construction & Quantity
Panel construction, exposed finishes, glass, adjustable fittings, locks and requested lighting affect each unit price. Custom end units, curved faces and changes between stores add distinct fabrication work. Alternatives are priced with their component differences shown.
Samples, Prototype Fixtures & Drawings
Requested swatches, components or prototype fixtures have a defined preparation and delivery cost. Detailed shop drawings and additional design development each have their own line. Our proposal states what sample or drawing work is included with the product order.
Store Packing & Split Dispatches
Glass protection, assembled versus sectional packing, separate store shipments and storage between releases affect the logistics cost. Freight, duties, unloading, movement inside the store and local assembly each need an assigned party and a stated cost responsibility.

Retail Display Fixture Procurement Questions

Can you work from our store designer’s fixture drawings?

Yes. Plans, elevations and fixture schedules provide the starting point, with merchandise sizes, finish references and quantities. We identify the components and information needed for pricing. Developing a new store concept or changing the sales-floor layout is separate design work.

Can the same fixture be ordered for stores with different sizes?

Yes. Common construction and finish references can be retained while different lengths, exposed ends, handing or access details receive separate variant references. The order lists the quantity of each variant allocated to each store. A repeated type does not remove the need for verified local dimensions.

Can I order a prototype before purchasing the full fixture package?

We review prototype requests against the selected construction and the decisions you need to make. Our proposal identifies the piece, included fittings, review location, preparation and transport costs. Accepted changes are carried into the bulk-order specification before that order is authorized.

How is shelf loading confirmed for the merchandise we sell?

Provide the intended product weights and their distribution on the shelves. We pass that information with the shelf span, material and supports to the supplier for review. Any proposed load rating needs documentation for the matching configuration; the service does not assign a universal capacity to all display shelves.

Are display lighting and checkout electronics included?

Only the components listed in the fixture quote are included. Requested lighting identifies its fittings, drivers and access; POS equipment uses the selected supplier’s installation information. Local wiring, electrical approval and final connections are handled by the qualified local team.

Can you supply additional shelves or fittings for later display changes?

We can review extra shelves and fittings with the earlier fixture specification or order reference. Dimensions, fixing positions, hardware models, finish and quantity need to match the requested change. Availability, compatibility and any later dispatch cost are checked for the actual components before quotation.
