Materials showroom with wood-framed large sample panels, small-sample drawers, a consultation table, pendant lights and hardware displays

Showroom Display Design & Procurement

Develop a showroom around the products visitors need to see, handle and compare. NOVARMIA plans display areas, sample storage, lighting presentation and consultation spaces, with design-only support or a coordinated purchase package for the selected display units and finishes.

Showroom Layouts, Display Views & Review Files

We develop the display plan from your product range, demonstration requirements and measured showroom information. Layouts establish the product groups and visitor movement; display views and material selections develop how the products are presented and accessed.

Product Demonstrations, Sample Displays & Consultation Areas

Full-Size Products & Sample Collections

We plan full-size products and smaller samples as different display tasks. The layout identifies what visitors view, operate or remove for comparison, with space for staff to handle samples and change the range. Product dimensions, weight and manufacturer mounting information guide the proposed display arrangement and the questions referred to local specialists.

Display Cabinet & Furniture Drawings

Demonstration Bays & Consultation Tables

Demonstration bays bring related products together for an explanation or comparison. Consultation areas provide a place to lay out samples, drawings and selected combinations, with nearby storage for the items staff need to retrieve. We develop those positions alongside the display sequence and the staff’s presentation brief.

Lighting Design & Fixture Selection

Display Cabinets, Sample Racks & Changeover Access

We coordinate the display construction and finishes with the products being presented. A cabinet for small samples, a full-height panel rack and a working product display need different openings, supports and replacement access in the proposed details.

Cabinet & Sample-Storage Components

The fixture list identifies shelves, drawers, dividers, doors, exposed panels and selected fittings. Samples retain their product and finish references so the display and storage arrangement can be reviewed against the actual range.

Display Finishes & Product Backdrops

We select the exposed cabinet and backdrop finishes alongside the displayed products. Color, texture, joints and edge details are coordinated in the visual direction and display elevations; sample requests identify the surfaces that need physical review.

Product Handling & Later Replacement

The design identifies which products staff need to remove, open or exchange, and the access those actions require. Proposed supports and hardware use the product and supplier information. Heavy panels, wall attachments and overhead supports require the relevant local engineering and installation review.

Showroom Products, Lighting & Site Interfaces

The design separates lighting used to present the showroom from lighting products being demonstrated. Product models, control requests and access information are coordinated with the proposed display units, then passed to the relevant product suppliers and local project team.

Showroom Design Review & Fixture Order Handoff

We review the product grouping and layout before developing the selected displays and visual details. For a supply commission, the accepted design references connect to an itemized fixture and material proposal before the buyer authorizes a product order.

  1. Confirm the Display & Demonstration Plan

We identify the products and samples to show, the demonstration actions and the consultation arrangement. Comments are attached to the affected area or product group before the next stage is developed.

  2. Review Visuals, Samples & Display Details

We develop the selected views, material references and display-unit details included in the design brief. Requested samples and product-support information are reviewed with the relevant suppliers. Changes to a product range, backdrop or display mechanism are carried into the affected references.

  3. Approve Files or Authorize the Supply Package

A design-only handoff delivers the agreed files and current revision. For procurement, the buyer confirms the fixture list, materials, product details and quantities as a distinct step. Those accepted references form the order basis for manufacturing, packing and the agreed delivery handoff.

Local professionals retain structural and electrical engineering, code review, permits and installation. Temporary exhibition stands and specialist rigging are separate from this showroom display commission. Manufacturer mounting and product-use requirements remain part of the relevant product coordination.

Showroom Design Fees, Files & Display Procurement

Design work is priced around the areas, product groups, display detail and review files required. A display-unit purchase is quoted by its actual construction, fittings, finishes and quantity, with samples and delivery work each on their own lines.

Layout, Visuals & File Handoff
Our proposal identifies the layout work, display views, rendered images and material or fixture lists included. PDF review sets, design images and editable CAD are available within the agreed file list. Detailed fabrication drawings can be quoted as their own commission.
Display Units, Samples & Lighting
The itemized supply quote distinguishes the display cabinetry, sample racks, glass, hardware, consultation furniture and selected lighting. A prototype bay or sample assembly has its own preparation and transport terms. Packing, freight, local handling and installation responsibilities are each assigned.
Included Revisions & Additional Work
Our proposal states the included revision rounds, using consolidated feedback within the first brief. Additional rounds or changes such as a new product group, added area or different design direction are quoted with their time impact for buyer approval before work begins. Correcting our own errors does not use your revision allowance.

Showroom Display Design & Procurement Questions

Can I commission showroom design without buying the display units?

Yes. Design-only and design-and-procurement commissions are available. Our proposal lists the areas, design detail and files included. A separate supply quote identifies the display units and materials to purchase if you proceed with procurement.

Can you develop a showroom from our product catalog and existing floor plan?

Yes. We use the catalog and actual model or sample dimensions with the measured plan, presentation brief and required visitor or staff activities. Existing display units, products to retain and access restrictions are identified before the new layout is developed.

How are heavy products or large sample panels handled in the design?

We use the actual sizes, weights, handling needs and manufacturer mounting information to develop the proposed arrangement. Support, wall fixing, overhead attachment and installation requirements are referred to the relevant supplier and local professionals before the affected display is accepted.

Can the showroom include powered lighting or product demonstrations?

The brief can include powered demonstrations. Identify the product models and the actions or lighting comparisons required. We coordinate positions, requested grouping, installation references and service access; qualified local teams develop and approve electrical connections and any required engineering.

Can a display bay or sample section be reviewed before ordering the full package?

We review prototype or sample-bay requests with the proposed suppliers. The piece, displayed products, review location, preparation and transport costs are agreed before it is arranged. Accepted comments connect to the design and supply references for the remaining package.

What happens if the product range changes during the design?

We identify the displays, views, samples and fixture quantities affected by the change. Work within the agreed brief follows the included revision allowance; an added product group or changed design direction is quoted with its time impact for buyer approval before the extra work starts. Any order already placed also needs a separate supply-stage change review.
