White Shaker Cabinet Doors, Boxes & Hardware

Recessed-Panel Shaker Doors & Drawer Fronts

The Shaker front has a recessed center and a plain perimeter border. Tall doors carry the complete profile; shallow drawers can use a flat face to retain a useful center area. The front divisions are part of the cabinet layout, keeping the door pattern consistent around drawers and appliance panels.

PVC-Faced HDF Shaker Cabinet Fronts

The recessed profile is formed in HDF and faced with PVC. The surface continues through the routed shape and returns around the edges, with a separate reverse finish. This is a profiled engineered-board front, distinct from a five-piece timber door or a sprayed-paint finish.

Shaker Cabinet Boxes & Soft-Close Hardware

The plywood-box option uses 18 mm sides, bottoms and shelves with a supported 6 mm back. White profiled fronts sit outside that box structure. Soft-close hinges and drawer runners complete the storage units; pullout pantry fittings and organizers are optional additions.

White Shaker Cabinet Finishes & Matching Panels

Shaker cabinet fronts in white, soft gray and sage green finish concepts

White PVC Shaker Fronts & Matching Panels

White PVC is the main front finish for the recessed Shaker profile, with fillers, exposed ends and island backs in the matching shade. The approved material sample sets the actual white tone, texture and sheen.

Soft Gray Shaker Cabinet Fronts

Soft gray gives a contrasting island or lower-cabinet finish on the same front profile. Gray end panels and island backs are counted with the gray fronts, so the finishing panels are priced from the start.

Sage Green Shaker Cabinet Fronts

Sage green can define an island, pantry wall or selected base units. White and sage pieces have separate finish references in the cabinet schedule. Their meeting points—corner panels, fillers and tall-unit ends—receive the same attention as the doors themselves.

Shaker Kitchen Layouts & Appliance Clearances

Shaker Cabinet Layouts for Islands & Pantry Walls

The layout combines base, wall, pantry and island units using the planning sizes in the table. Made-to-order widths fit the room and appliance positions. Front divisions also allow for shallow drawers, where a full-width Shaker border could leave too little flat center panel.

PVC Shaker Cabinets Beside Ovens & Dishwashers

Integrated fronts follow the chosen refrigerator or dishwasher mounting system. Ovens and dishwashers also set the heat, steam and ventilation conditions beside the PVC doors. Those model-specific clearances are carried into the cabinet layout before the front sizes are released.

Shaker Door Swings, Pulls & Corner Clearances

A projecting pull needs space beside a neighboring door, wall or appliance handle. Edge pulls and recessed channels change that clearance. Corner fillers and hinge applications are coordinated with the front profile so the Shaker border remains clear of the opening path.

White Shaker Kitchen Cabinet Cost Factors

Shaker Cabinet Quantities & Front Profiles

A Shaker kitchen is priced by its cabinet and front schedule. Base storage, drawer banks, wall units and pantries use different quantities of fronts and fittings. Finished island backs, fillers and exposed ends complete that package and appear as identifiable items.

PVC Shaker Fronts & Cabinet Box Materials

The HDF core, routed profile and PVC finish form the front construction; the box material is a separate choice. A two-tone layout changes the finish allocation and matching panels. It does not silently change the box build or add unlisted decorative pieces.

Shaker Cabinet Hinges, Drawer Slides & Storage Fittings

Hinges, runners and pulls form the cabinet-fitting package. Full-extension drawer hardware, pullout pantries and internal organizers add distinct functions and costs. A named hinge or runner option makes those differences clear without assigning one load rating to every drawer.

Shaker Cabinet Packing & Separate Project Costs

The packing format protects the recessed fronts and their edges. Countertops, sinks, faucets, appliances and lighting are optional procurement items. Freight, duties, unloading and installation are separate from the cabinet subtotal and are quoted for the actual destination. Tell us the rooms and quantities and we will put this on one quote with everything else you are ordering, and show you what fits in a container.

White Shaker Kitchen Cabinet FAQs

Are these white Shaker cabinet doors painted or solid wood?

The doors are PVC-faced HDF. The center and border are formed in the panel before it is faced. A painted front or five-piece timber Shaker door uses a different construction and is priced as a material change.

Is HDF the same material as MDF in a Shaker cabinet quote?

No. They are distinct board specifications. This front uses HDF, while the cabinet-box option in the table is plywood. Keeping the front and box materials separate makes the order clear; the HDF name by itself is not a moisture rating or emissions certificate.

Can I order a gray or sage green Shaker island with white cabinets?

Yes. A two-tone schedule can place soft gray or sage on the island and white on the perimeter. It includes each color’s exposed ends, fillers and island backs. The material sample establishes the final shade and sheen for those pieces.

Can the Shaker border width and shallow drawer fronts be changed?

Yes. A wider border shrinks the center panel of the door, especially on shallow drawer fronts, where flat drawer faces are an alternative. The chosen profile is repeated consistently across all scheduled front sizes.

Are these Shaker kitchen cabinets full overlay, inset or frameless?

This is a Shaker front system, with the hinge and overlay application selected to suit the cabinet box. Full overlay, partial overlay and inset require different door sizing and mounting details. An inset or framed request is therefore identified as a separate construction choice.

Can PVC Shaker cabinet fronts be fitted beside an oven or dishwasher?

Appliance models set the heat, steam, ventilation and panel-mounting conditions beside PVC fronts, and the cabinet layout keeps those clearances around ovens and dishwashers. A matching color panel changes how the appliance looks; its installation requirements stay the same.
