Casement window appearance
The selected package uses white uPVC frame and sash profiles with a 70 mm frame-depth design requirement. The sash is side hinged and opens outward. Reinforcement, corner joints, drainage and weather seals are engineered within one compatible profile system for the finished opening.
The sash opens outward from its selected hinge side. Paired or fixed-light arrangements are scheduled by opening. The selected operating hardware is a friction-stay side-hung hinge set with a handle-operated multipoint lock; final hardware capacity follows the sash weight and dimensions.
The selected glazing requirement is a 28 mm insulating-glass unit: two 4 mm clear panes separated by a 20 mm sealed dry-air cavity. The glass edges, spacer, seal and glazing beads form a compatible unit within the selected sash. Safety-glass treatment is applied where the installation location requires it; the build-up alone carries no thermal, acoustic or impact rating.
White is the base frame and sash color. Anthracite gray, brown, woodgrain-effect and custom references remain alternatives in the window range. A changed color is recorded for both interior and exterior faces.
The base package uses clear 28 mm double glazing. Tinted, frosted, laminated or triple-glazed alternatives change the glass schedule and compatible bead arrangement. A different build-up receives a revised sash-weight and hardware check.
The handle is matte black, and friction stays, locks and handle are specified as one compatible operating package.

Finished frame width and height remain custom to each wall opening. The selected 70 mm frame depth is coordinated with the reveal, sill and head build-up. The opening schedule identifies fixed and operable lights, hinge sides and outward-swing clearance.
An outward-opening sash needs an unobstructed path beyond the frame. Adjacent walls, screens, shutters and façade projections can restrict that travel. Each opening records its hinge side and handle position from a stated viewing side, along with any required restrictor and the selected hardware opening angle.
The window meets the wall at head, jambs and sill. Fixing, drainage and perimeter sealing are resolved for the substrate and the installation detail, and those parts and site responsibilities are specified alongside the frame.
