3000 mm Main Track Length
The main selected straight track is 3000 mm long with center split draw. Finished rail length, end components and motor position stay together on the window or curtain-wall reference.
Motorized Split-Draw Curtain Track
The selected system uses a straight aluminum track with an internal drive belt. The rail, belt route, end components and carrier interfaces remain one compatible track system, with no mixing of look-alike parts.
Two lead carriers move the curtain panels away from the center toward opposite ends. Regular carriers support the remaining heading positions, with a selected 100 mm spacing target coordinated to the actual curtain heading.
The selected end motor has a 24 V DC input requirement. Its power supply and control package are each identified, keeping remote, wall-control or other interface requirements tied to the accepted motor system.

The main selected straight track is 3000 mm long with center split draw. Finished rail length, end components and motor position stay together on the window or curtain-wall reference.
The 2400 mm option retains split draw with a shorter selected rail length. Carrier quantities, belt length, brackets and any joints are counted for that track on its own, independent of the 3000 mm selection.
The 4000 mm option is a longer selected straight assembly. Any rail joints, additional supports and corresponding drive requirements are part of that configuration, engineered for its full length.
| Selected system | Straight aluminum belt-driven curtain track with end motor |
|---|---|
| Selected track length | 3000 mm selected straight track · center split draw |
| Selected motor input | 24 V DC; compatible supply and destination mains input each selected |
| Project curtain-mass requirement | 20 kg design load basis for final drive, rail and bracket selection |
| Selected draw arrangement | Center split draw; two lead carriers |
| Selected regular-carrier pitch | 100 mm target; final count/heading attachment by curtain and track assembly |
| Controls | Separate compatible wall/remote/interface package identified with the selected motor |
| Site and structural interfaces | Track joints, bracket/support layout, substrate anchors, stack clearance and motor/power access by final assembly |
| Standards & certificates | Matched to the ordered model: tell us the standards or certificates your market or project requires, and we confirm in writing which documents are available for this configuration before you order. |
The selected project curtain mass is 20 kg for drive and support selection. Include the actual panels, lining, heading and other moving components in the final load schedule; the motor and rail system must be selected for that complete requirement.
The 100 mm regular-carrier pitch is a selected target. Actual carrier count, heading attachment, lead-carrier overlap and gathered stacks follow the curtain design, track length and accepted drive mechanism.
Identify wall or ceiling mounting, the supporting construction, bracket layout, any rail joints and motor access. The 24 V DC motor input needs a compatible power supply and destination mains connection, with cable and control routing recorded on the plan.
Quote each selected 2400, 3000 or 4000 mm split-draw assembly by unit count and opening reference. Keep finished track length separate from any packing-piece or joint arrangement.
Attach the 20 kg project mass requirement and actual curtain schedule to the motor, belt, carriers and supporting rail selection.
List the compatible 24 V DC supply, destination input, wall control, remote or other chosen interfaces individually. Curtains and automation integration are distinct items.
Itemize brackets, joints, anchors and installation responsibilities for the actual substrate. Add opening labels, carrier/part references, packing, destination and delivery stages with the selected control package.
Two lead carriers move separate curtain panels away from the center toward opposite ends. The heading, center overlap and gathered stacks are coordinated with that split-draw arrangement.
The selected finished lengths are 3000, 2400 and 4000 mm. Each requires its own belt/carrier count, bracket layout and any rail-joint arrangement within the accepted track system.
The track is specified for a 20 kg curtain per opening. We size the motor, belt, carriers and brackets to that weight, so tell us if your fabric is heavier and we upgrade the drive.
The selected regular-carrier pitch target is 100 mm. Actual quantities depend on the track length, curtain heading, lead-carrier overlap and end conditions, and are recorded as a component schedule for the accepted assembly.
The motor runs on 24 V DC. The quotation lists the power supply for your local mains and the control you choose, whether a wall switch, remote or home-automation interface, so everything arrives as one working set.
Include finished track length, mounting position, curtain/lining mass, heading details, stack clearance and destination. Add substrate, bracket/joint needs, motor access, supply/control requirements, required operating evidence and installation responsibilities.
