1900 × 190 mm main plank
The main selected plank is 1900 mm long × 190 mm wide × 14 mm thick. Its long straight face gives the hickory color contrast room to vary along the board without turning it into a parquet block pattern.
Natural Hickory Engineered Wood Planks
The selected surface is a 3 mm hickory wood layer with natural matte clear finish. Pale sapwood and warm brown heartwood create the chosen contrast across the floor, with actual color and knot limits set by a multi-board sample.
The selected overall thickness is 14 mm, combining the hickory face, plywood remainder and bondlines in a real wood-faced engineered construction, distinct from an all-solid hickory strip or a printed hickory-look laminate.
The selected design uses straight rectangular planks with tongue-and-groove edges. The final mating profile and end detail remain tied to the accepted production sample, along with the chosen installation assembly.

The main selected plank is 1900 mm long × 190 mm wide × 14 mm thick. Its long straight face gives the hickory color contrast room to vary along the board without turning it into a parquet block pattern.
The smaller option is 1200 × 150 × 14 mm and the larger option 2200 × 220 × 14 mm. Each retains the selected 3 mm hickory face and natural matte direction while changing the width and joint rhythm of the room.
Agree the balance of pale and brown boards, knot treatment and any filled features on a laid-out sample. Keep that appearance range with the order so replacements and separate rooms follow the same hickory selection.
| Selected engineered construction | 3 mm hickory face over plywood remainder; bondlines included in 14 mm total |
|---|---|
| Selected plank format | 1900 L × 190 W × 14 T mm · 3 mm hickory face |
| Selected overall thickness | 14 mm |
| Selected wood appearance | Natural light sapwood and brown heartwood variation; accepted multi-board grading range |
| Selected finish | Natural matte clear coating |
| Selected edge design | Tongue-and-groove; final mating profile and end detail matched to accepted board sample |
| Alternative plank formats | 1200 × 150 × 14 mm or 2200 × 220 × 14 mm; same 3 mm selected face |
| Selected application | Dry interior straight-plank wood floor; substrate, movement and fixing assembly detailed with the floor system |
| Standards & certificates | Matched to the ordered model: tell us the standards or certificates your market or project requires, and we confirm in writing which documents are available for this configuration before you order. |
Show plank direction, doorway cuts and transitions to adjoining materials on the room plan. The selected fixed plank format supports the setting-out drawing; perimeter cuts and spare quantities remain separate from net floor area.
The selected application is a dry interior wood floor. Substrate preparation, moisture control, movement allowances and the adhesive or other accepted fixing method belong to the complete installation system.
Any underfloor-heating use or future refinishing requirement needs the accepted board construction, finish and supporting product guidance.
Quote the selected plank format and net floor area, with cutting allowance and spare stock each identified. Keep the 14 mm total and 3 mm face requirements on the same material reference.
Attach the accepted pale-to-brown color range, knot treatment and natural matte finish. Mixed room references or later delivery stages should retain that appearance direction in their packing records.
Adhesive or fixings, substrate leveling, moisture-control layers, underlay where applicable, skirting and thresholds are separate line items. Their construction follows the accepted installation assembly.
Record plank dimensions, pack coverage, finish reference and destination. List spare boards distinctly, and identify any required wood, adhesive, coating or floor-performance documents for the final selected construction.
The selected construction is engineered: a 3 mm hickory surface bonded over a plywood remainder, with 14 mm total thickness including bondlines. It is not an all-solid hickory board.
The main format is 1900 × 190 × 14 mm. The alternatives are 1200 × 150 × 14 mm and 2200 × 220 × 14 mm. Each uses the same selected 3 mm hickory face.
The chosen hickory appearance combines pale sapwood with brown heartwood variation. The acceptable color balance, knots and repairs are defined on a multi-board sample, since one uniform color chip cannot show that range.
A 3 mm wear layer typically allows one to two full sandings over the life of the floor, with lighter screen-and-recoat refreshes in between. Your flooring contractor confirms the method when the floor is due for renewal.
It is a separate requirement for the accepted board and installation system. Include the heating design, operating requirements and substrate with the selected flooring detail and supporting product guidance.
Include the selected plank format, net area, cutting allowance, spare quantity, multi-board grading and matte-finish reference. Add the room plan, substrate, fixing method, any heating or performance requirements, packing and destination.
