Solid Ash with a Ribbed Seat
Solid ash
The bench is solid ash, a dense hardwood with an open grain that shows through the black finish.
Ribbed slatted seat
The seat is made of narrow slats with grooves between them, giving the top its ribbed edge.
Through-jointed legs
Four straight rectangular legs pass through the seat rails, a joint that is left exposed as a detail.
Black Finish on Ash
Where it fits
The dark tone works with stone, concrete and light timber floors, in bedrooms, halls and lounges.
