Product Installation Support

Prepare your local installer with information for the products in your order. We coordinate available instructions, component references and remote clarification of specific questions, with the product, document version and site context kept together.

Product Information for Your Local Installer

We connect your installation question with the supplied product and the relevant supplier information. Available guides, component references and current document versions give the local installer a basis for reviewing the work. Questions that need clarification are referred to the appropriate product contact instead of being answered from a similar-looking item.

Product Handoff Across the Supplied Package

Cabinets, Furniture, Doors & Windows

We coordinate available unit, panel, hardware and assembly information for the identified cabinet or furniture order. Door and window questions are referred against the actual frame, leaf, hardware and product drawing references. Shipping format, labels and the current product details help distinguish assembly questions from site conditions or new fabrication work.

Cabinet & Furniture Shop Drawings

Surfaces, Bathroom Products & Lighting

For the selected surface, bathroom fixture or lighting product, we request the applicable supplier information and clarify the supplied components. Product drawings, connections and mounting references are passed to the local installer for review. Substrate conditions, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical connections and other building work remain with the appropriately qualified local professionals.

Order-Linked After-Sales Support

Components, Interfaces & Installer Questions

We distinguish the supplied product information from the site-specific decisions the local team must make. Labels, parts lists and drawing references help establish what arrived; photos and focused questions help the supplier understand the interface being discussed.

Labels, Parts Lists & Document Versions

The order item, model and relevant panel or part labels are matched with the available product information. If a guide, video or drawing appears to concern another version, we ask the supplier to confirm the applicable reference. A new or unclear document is not treated as authorization to change the supplied product.

Supplied Fittings & Site-Specific Materials

We clarify which fittings and accessories are included in the product or packing list. The local installer identifies site-specific fixings, tools, adhesives and other consumables required for its work. Questions about their connection to the supplied product are referred to the relevant supplier; a product package is not assumed to contain every item needed at the site.

Site Interfaces & Work by Other Trades

Photos and locally verified dimensions can help explain an opening, adjoining finish, mounting location or equipment connection. We coordinate the product question with the supplier and relay the applicable information. Structural fixing, building services, unsafe conditions and engineering decisions require the responsible local professionals before the affected work proceeds.

Order References, Site Photos & Installer Contacts

A focused request gives the supplier the information needed to review the product detail. We keep the question tied to the order item and document version, with the local installer available to explain the actual site condition and receive the clarification.

Installer Handoff, Remote Clarification & Follow-Up

We establish the product references and available resources first, then coordinate specific questions with the relevant supplier or team. The reply remains connected to the same item and issue so that unresolved information can be followed up without turning product guidance into site supervision.

  1. Identify the Product & Available Instructions

We review the order, supplied configuration, delivery format and local installer’s information needs. Available manuals, videos, parts lists and product drawings are identified for the selected item. Missing resources or unclear document versions are referred to the supplier before the installer relies on them.

  2. Review the Question With the Product Contact

We send the specific question, photos and relevant drawing or guide reference to the appropriate contact. Additional dimensions or views are requested where needed. If a remote meeting is useful, its availability, participants and topics are confirmed for the issue; guidance remains tied to the identified product and information provided.

  3. Relay the Clarification & Resolve the Next Step

We relay the applicable supplier information and identify any point still awaiting a response or local review. Missing, damaged or apparently incorrect components move into the appropriate order-linked assessment; an agreed parts purchase has its own approval. New drawings, site alterations and specialist decisions require their responsible review before work changes.

This service coordinates product information and remote clarification for the local installation team. The appointed installer remains responsible for site assessment, safe methods, tools, fixing and assembly work, testing and compliance. Delivery, unloading, local labor, engineering and site supervision are separate responsibilities and are not assumed to be included with product support.

Support Arrangements, Documents & Local Work

The support arrangement identifies the product resources, contacts and assistance available for your order. Requests for additional drawings, remote meetings or on-site attendance are confirmed with their terms, availability and any applicable charge.

Guides, Product Questions & Remote Meetings
Available resources and support coverage are confirmed for the selected products and questions. Requested remote meetings need an agreed contact, appointment and any applicable charge. The arrangement identifies the topics and participants instead of assuming continuous attendance throughout the local installation.
Additional Drawings & Changed Product Details
New installation or fabrication drawings, revised product details and other additional technical work need their own terms, deliverables and quotation. Product clarification does not authorize a manufacturing change or a site alteration. The relevant supplier, buyer and local professionals review the affected details before that work proceeds.
Local Labor, Fixings & Receiving Work
Local installation, removal or reinstallation, site-specific fixings, consumables, unloading and internal movement are assigned through the project’s actual contracts and delivery terms. Any attendance request requires its own feasibility, terms and cost confirmation. Parts, freight or warranty contributions depend on the applicable order assessment and terms.

GEORGE Product Guidance & Order Support

Our support services include product-specific instructions, remote technical discussion and installation drawing services agreed on their own terms. We coordinate the identified product questions with the relevant team or supplier, while the qualified local installer retains responsibility for the site work.

NOVARMIA Project Process

Product Installation Support Questions

Can our own local installer work with your team?

Yes. Provide the order and product references, installer contact and the questions they need to resolve. We confirm the available product information and support arrangement. The installer should be experienced in the relevant work and remains responsible for assessing the site and carrying out the installation.

Will every product have a manual, video and installation drawing?

The available resources depend on the exact product and order. We identify the applicable guides, videos or drawings and check unclear versions with the supplier. New installation drawings can be separate quoted work; no complete set of all three formats is assumed for every item.

Can the installer ask questions by video?

A remote discussion can be requested for the identified product question. Share the photos and relevant instruction or drawing reference in advance, then agree the participants, time, available support and any charge. The meeting provides product clarification and does not replace the installer’s site assessment or supervision.

What if a component is missing, damaged or different from the drawing?

Keep the relevant labels and packaging and provide the order item, clear photos and the drawing or parts-list reference. We coordinate the issue with the relevant team or supplier before irreversible alterations are made. The next action depends on the verified issue and order terms; replacement supply or warranty coverage is assessed on its own.

Does installation support include a crew or site supervisor?

No. This service covers the agreed product information and remote clarification for the local installer. Any request for on-site attendance needs a separate assessment of location, work, availability, responsibilities and costs. A product order or remote meeting does not confirm a visiting crew or local supervision.

Can we alter a product when the site condition differs from the plan?

A changed condition needs review before the affected alteration proceeds. Send the actual product reference, photos, locally verified dimensions and the installer’s question. The supplier clarifies the product implications, while the local professionals assess site and engineering requirements; changed drawings or components need their own agreement.
